We were incredibly lucky to secure Caper and Berry for our wedding at Kew Gardens. From start to finish the service we received was impeccable- Tilly held our hand during all the planning and tastings, making sure we got precisely what we wanted. It was refreshing to have such a can do attitude to all of the various elements we wanted as part of our day.
Ollie ran our day making it look effortless, he made sure everything we envisioned was executed correctly which meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing, other than enjoying our day with our guests.
The compliments we’ve received about the food the quality of the cocktails meant we definitely chose the right caterers for our wedding. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone in search of excellent food and service for their wedding.

We hired Caper & Berry to cater our wedding at Kew Gardens in September 2024. We cannot recommend them enough! Not only was the food delicious (we're still dreaming about the lobster mac & cheese canapés), but the service was absolutely impeccable. So many of our guests noted that the dinner plates were all set down at the same time. The staff at C&B were all wonderful and exhibited great professionalism. We only wish we had another excuse to have a tasting at their cottage.

From our first enquiry through til after our event the service from everyone we worked with was professional, efficient, effective and warm! Naomi was our first and last point of contact, and she was nothing short of wonderful.
The food on the night was exceptional, as was the service. Ollie looked after us and our guests in the most deft and light manner, always on hand, always attentive but never in the way!

Caper and Berry were the caterers for our wedding this year in June 2021 and were absolutely amazing. Caterers are such an important part of your day, and we highly recommend these guys if you want fantastic food, amazing staff and organisation to perfection! From the moment we contacted them (only a month before our wedding!), they were fantastic, very quick to respond and super helpful and efficient for us to make decisions. We had a lovely experience tasting the dishes which made us excited for the day. The food was incredible and we are still getting comments from guests on how it was the best wedding food they have ever had! The staff were lovely on the day, and Tristan was our event manager for the day and honestly made the day - he was lovely super accommodating when our day didn't run to plan and everything ended up an hour later due to traffic and weather, and was an absolute pleasure to have at our day. He helped ensure everything ran smoothly and was super helpful with any and every need we had! I can't recommend Caper and Berry enough if you want a special day with amazing food! Unfotunately because the food was so delicious, it didn't last long enough for any photos, but we managed to capture the Shots and Pots desserts which are incredible. Plus the beautiful table styling they also created for us, using their beautiful glassware, cutlery and linenware. Thanks so much guys for making our day so special!
