Discovered a facialist gem right in the heart of our neighbourhood following a Google search. After reading through her reviews it drew me to give her a try.
Carmen takes the time to understand your skin concerns and the products you use. If your facial is marked as 30 or 60 minutes that is the time spent for the facial.
Wanting to treat myself to some proper relaxation I opted for the 60 minute Signature facial treatment. Carmen made me instantly relaxed as soon as I set foot in her treatment room. It is clean and well appointed and includes some lovely fluffy towels. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anymore towels just incase I was a little chilly.
Carmen doesn’t use hard sell techniques unlike other places who are talking throughout your treatment trying to sell facial 10 week plans which means you cannot fully relax. Carmen is about understanding what your skin requires and also working with the current skincare products that you have. She suggested complementing my existing skincare with different products. I noticed my skin was much better straight after the facial and a week later it had vastly improved.
Will definitely book again.

Fabulous Facial , most relaxing and professional.
Carmen takes a genuine interest in recommending more beneficial and personalised skin regimes and is very knowledgeable on many different brands.
i have been following her advice and everyone has noticed an improvement.
It is such a relief from the hard sell commission base products at the high street salons to have sound advice based on what suits you the best.
The results are great... thank you Carmen ?

I’ve had two Signature Facials with Carmen and will be rebooking again soon! Not only is it a wonderfully relaxing experience, Carmen also gives personalised advice on how to look after your skin and impartial advice on the best products to use for your skin. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin since first visiting Carmen.

I've had two facials with Carmen so far and they've both been incredibly relaxing and beneficial to my skin. Carmen recommended a few products also which i have been using regularly and they have totally transformed the way my skin looks. I had such a wonderful facial with reflexology and massage with Carmen. She makes sure to tailor the appointment to the skin needs of the patient and gave really helpful follow-up advice. It really was a relaxing magical experience!
