We just got back home from a 3 week vacation touring around Ireland!! This was a bucket list trip and it did not disappoint!! We stayed two nights at Carnately Lodge and it was honestly one of our favourite stops in Ireland.

The place is spotless, the beds are comfy, breakfast was chef’s kiss, and Natasha is just the best. She was so welcoming and helpful — and very patient with us, even when we ignored her very reasonable advice and walked the 1.3 km back from town in the pouring rain. (To be fair, we thought we were being adventurous… we were actually just soaked and slightly terrified.)Yes there are cabs available and Natasha will call one for you!! 🤣

The lodge is just outside of town — a quick drive, or a dangerous-but-memorable walk if you’re feeling brave/stubborn like us. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and has that perfect cozy B&B charm that makes you feel right at home.

We’d absolutely stay again. Natasha went above and beyond in ways we’ll never admit publicly 😉, and we left feeling like we’d stayed with family — the kind that feeds you well and gives excellent travel tips.

Highly recommend. Just… listen to Natasha. She knows what she’s talking about.

All I can say is that this is one of the most welcoming and pleasant places I have ever stayed. I rarely give 5 star ratings, but Tash left nothing to be desired here and was so welcoming, friendly and happy, it was impossible not to feel at home here! The room was great, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast cooked to order in the kitchen next door with a smile and a chat. So close to town you could smell it!|Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Outstanding B&B on the outskirts of Ballycastle. Wonderful Hosts, comfy and big rooms, good mattress, great shower und delicious and plenty breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights and wished it was longer. Very knowledgeable host with Lots of good Tipps where to go and what to Do. Couldn't be happier.

We had a great stay in this nice B&B. The feeling is the one of a real traditional B&B with a pleasant geek touch making it the best of two worlds.|The house offer a game room (pool and darts…) and a reading room.|Natasha gave us many good advice about the things to see, place to eat or have a drink, near Ballycastle and in Dublin, is home town. So cool !|The room was cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and delicious !|One of our best B&B experience along our trip !

Natasha was the most welcoming host we had! Started with a simple text from her in the morning prior to our arrival and the second we walked through the door we couldn’t have felt more comfortable and welcomed! Loved having darts and a pool table to play in the evening, even though I never play it was a great end to the evening! Would totally recommend a visit to the Carnately Lodge!

Had a girl's night in a couple of weeks ago to celebrate a joint 60th birthday. Natasha is a wonderful host, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble including picking up a takeaway for us.
Prosecco on arrival, comfortable rooms with fluffy robes, kettle, water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & brownies.
Breakfast for 11 was fantastic. Cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts plus a choice of cooked breakfast with unlimited tea, coffee & toast.
Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Such a warm & cozy stay on a windy February night! Natasha really went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. Excellent hospitality, and the brownies and prosecco were a plus. 10 / 10 recommend!!!

Had a lovely stay for a girls night away this weekend Natasha was a fantastic host making sure we had everything we needed even going to collect our Chinese for our dinner. Breakfast was amazing I'm vegetarian so really recommend x
