Location was great, very near Ealing Broadway station and lots of restaurants and we really appreciated finding a place that the 5 of us in my family could stay without having to pay for 2 expensive London hotel rooms. The room we booked was quite uncomfortable with very uncomfortable beds and a very poorly working shower. Also FYI doesn't serve breakfast - gave a coupon for a discount at a restaurant nearby but it didn't work until 9:30am. It was fine as we didn't spend any time other than sleeping there, but would probably look elsewhere next time.

You receive an email in advance with lots of details. This shows the host cares and wants you to be aware of the pros and cons of the accommodation.

When we arrived, the man who checked us in was friendly and enthusiastic. He explained a bit about the history of the hotel.

The rooms are cosy with cereal, milk and pastries left in the room for breakfast.

The location is a short walk to the tube station, which takes you to Central London.

Overall, I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel lies as phantastic as  possible. Very close to the tube, close to restaurants and shops and everything you could ever want close to a hotel. Having said this it means that you can't expect it to be a quite area as an evidence. Now back to the hotel. The staff is super nice and thoughtful, cleaning the room every day without us requesting it, replacing snacks in the room every day, too. We had a 3 bed room with bathroom on the ground level and suspect it to be one of the not yet renovated ones as there was no picture of it in the booking advertisement.  The issue with the ground level is that there are persons in the upper level above. And we had the bad luck to have one above who was not on our rythm and sleep hour needs. So the early bird started his/her day at about 5 and ended it after midnight. You do hear every step, the water in shower and toilet etc. If we would be asked for improvements it would be isolation to the upper level, a refresh of the bathroom (barely covered black areas but everything is as clean as you can get an old bathroom) and a new mattress. However we would like to come back one day and take an upper level room as we expect it would be a wonderful experience. Thanks a lot to the staff.

My family had pleasant stay in London at the caspian hotel. Will definitely come back.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and within zone3 of the tube system. We were able to go to the city center for sightseeing by tube every day and come back away from the crowds. Room 4 is large for family and beds are comfortable. Only wish the shower room can be larger as it feels like the lavatory on the airplane. Also a trade-off with it’s location is that the hotel is next to a street which can still have some traffic noise in the midnight. But that’s only a problem if you get awake due to jet lag like me.

Also wanted to thank the owner for helping us store the luggage after checking out.

We were very well received! It was a great stay, the manager of the hotel did everything to ensure that our stay was in the best conditions: he was very generous and accommodating. The hotel itself is cosy, clean and well located in a nice quiet area close to the metro (Elisabeth line, brand new line). In short: we recommend this hotel and all its staff 100%!
(P.S : The candles in the lobby and the sweets in our room were very nice attentions)

Stayed at the Caspian during half term. We had Room 12 (family room) with an en suite shower room and were able to park car for the duration of our stay - a real bonus!||We were very warmly welcomed by Mr Samari who was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. ||Our room was light, airy with a garden view, equipped with all the basics and a fridge which was particularly useful for us.. The beds were extremely comfortable, ||We appreciated hot showers, too, especially after long days sightseeing and shopping. The room was kept lovely and clean by the housekeeper.||The hotel is very conveniently located for Ealing centre and Ealing Broadway station. Although the hotel is on a busy road junction, we were not disturbed by traffic in the evenings or overnight. ||During our stay breakfast was at Mama Mia cafe in Ealing shopping centre. We had plentiful, well-cooked full English breakfasts, efficient service. (Hopefully, in the future, breakfast will be offered again in the hotel.)||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

The owner of the hotel was SO friendly! The room we stayed in was beautiful and well stocked with light breakfast items. The free English breakfast at the nearby (7 minute walk) Chantal Cafe was a delicious addition. As I understand it, if you book directly with the hotel, you get more free breakfasts!

Host was a very pleasant and helpful person. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. Location is great, hotel is clean and quiet. Room was serviced and refilled with goodies every day. Definitely would recommend!
