Quick and prompt delivery of my order within 24 hours and great customer service. Box of foil tray was slightly damaged on delivery and when I spoke to customer service (Lynette) about it, it was sorted without any qualms. I had the replacement delivered promptly. I have been using Catering 24 for several years now, I am always impressed with their range of products and how quickly they deliver - I always use them for disposable catering materials. Recently I had a small problem with my order and the wrong items were delivered. But Sasha dealt with it very quickly and easily and sorted out replacements well in time for my event.
