We were met by David who was very friendly and accommodating.
The room was very quirky which we loved.
The location couldn't be any better, your in walking distance of everything.
Over all a great stay.

One night stay here. Owners are very pleasant and helpful but the room itself was very dated. Could be a great place to stay as very close to Hill Road shops and restaurants as well as these front. ||Lots of tea, coffee, milk and sugar supplied as well as plenty of toiletries. Separate shower and toilet have been built into the room and look a bit odd. ||Breakfast is ordered at check in and served to your room on a tray. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. ||It’s a lovely old building with plenty of parking but I do think a visit from the Hotel Inspector could make a world of difference.

Liked · Room was spacious, Bed was Comfy. Shower had ample hot water & easy to regulate temp. Host very welcoming. managed to squeeze my car into the sole parking space.

Disliked · Rotting car at front detracts from property, I'm trying not to slate this accomodation, as David was a nice friendly host, but here's my experience.
Externally the place looks uninviting ..... Room 1 wasn't ready. This sizeable Room has a tired appearance, various extension cables & wires detract, the 'built in' shower module has poorly finished off silicone/grouting & no extractor fan all condensation went straight into the bedroom, overall the room was haphazard mismatch of styles & not welcoming. Couldn't master the heating aside from a plug in oil heater. Ordered breakfast (tick sheet on arrival ) but didn't realise it was served in bedroom as that was unclear, no reception staff to ask so gave up & left without breakfast [David has since promised a £8 refund, 2B arranged ] I can't say i'd consider returning, shame because it's a wonderful 'old Clevedon' building & I was so wanting to like it.

We went there to assist to a wedding nearby.
The check-in was a bit strange from our point of view, but all other things were perfect!
The staff is really great, they took really good care of our requests, the breakfast served in the room is also nice.

Very friendly hosts who ensured that we had everything we needed. Close to the beach, parking available so visit went smoothly.👍|Comfortable bed 🛌, hot shower 🚿and continental breakfast 🥐🍇🍌delivered to the room.|We enjoyed and stay and felt very relaxed. Thank you.

Lovely warm welcome from David. As per previous reviews the place is a little dated but has everything you need. Beds were comfortable (my son and I slept very well!) and the breakfast was great consisting of toast, cereal, fruit and fresh tea and coffee.

Homely, comfortable and a tidy clean room. Good Continental breakfast, plus porridge along with juices, toast, cereals, yoghurts and large pots of tea/coffee.
