What a gorgeous little park, if you just want peace and quiet then this park is ideal. You have to drive to see places but that's no biggy. Set on the edge of Dartmoor the real problem is where to visit first. The owners were very friendly and had thought of everything you would need, including a cream tea welcome pack and a dog biscuit for the hound

Nice enough place to stay as a base for Tavistock and Dartmoor.
Shame the oven didn't work for all our stay,wonder if it could have been handled better. We had brought food with us to cook and lots got wasted as we had to change all meal plans.

High spec lodge in a delightful location. Shame the wood burner is only for show but otherwise a comfortable well equipped holiday home with superb beds.

Lovely comfortable and peaceful place to stay, you do need a car to visit the many lovely places that are around the area to visit and if I was going to be very picky it would be nice to have a gate to make sure your dog does not wander as it is dog friendly, not really a problem to us though.

It's truly a home away from home. It's a beautiful lodge and it made our holiday extra special despite the second national lockdown. Thanks Carol! By the way, the oven might not be up to scratch and thermostat need checking.

Lodge 11 was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet site only 7 minutes from Tavistock by car.
