I visited Chai Rista on 12/04 with my family, as we travelled from London to see our family in Birmingham.
What was meant to be a quick pit stop, turned into an enjoyable feast & dining experience! Our food arrived in good time. The presentation was beautiful & the taste was even more so! The Paapri Chaat is exactly how we like, not too many ingredients & the perfect balance of spices & crunch! The Kharak Chai was great, & the Omelette wrap - such a crispy but soft paratha style wrap. And the samosas have caused a craving ever since - real authentic style Samosas, cooked to perfection.
We will soon make another special visit to indulge in more dishes available on the menu!
Facilities are great (toddler & child friendly) & prayer area.

Been to Chai-Rista a good few times now because their tea is brilliant, they use milk and not this powdered nonsense. The food is pretty nice too, I tried the chicken tikka loaded fries today and they were sublime. Keep it up guys 👌

I visited Chai- Rista today, 29/03/25, as a friend mentioned the coffee was great. I can say she was not telling me any lies. I ordered English breakfast, fresh doughnut, and latte coffee. It arrived at a very good time. The food was very nice, and sausage was not pork. It was a Muslim establishment, but it was nice and would order again. Now the service was magnificent from the young man I, which i had got his name, but I will next as they will be a lot more time will be spent at this excellent establishment. The decor was excellent and the toilets were lovely and clean. It has a 5 star hygiene rating, and I can see why. I highly recommend Chai-Rista for true coffee lovers it's all fresh and the best latte I've had.

I went in today for a quick drink to take out. So even though I haven't tasted other things on the menu I was so surprised with how nice the milkshake I ordered was. For £2.50 a small milkshake it was delicious. Can't wait to try their food. The service although took a while to get the milkshake I rather wait if its quality stuff.

Hadn't been here for a few weeks due to Ramadhan, but really lovely and polite service today by the gentleman who was serving. Their doodh patti tea is very nice and comforting and much needed on way to work. The gold lid on the takeaway cup does leak sometimes unfortunately. Otherwise, really nice and welcoming place

FABULOUS food, AMAZING service and GREAT ambience. What an amazing find!!! A new eat out serving a range of breakfasts, brunch, drinks and desserts galore at amazingly competitive prices-I am certain Chai Rista cannot be beaten on price. A celebratory brunch included a full English, French toast, lattes, waffle sticks and a complimentary slice of scrumptious chocolate fudge cake etc. Chai Rista is number 1 on my revisit list. I highly recommend a visit.

I attended here yesterday and from the get go was disappointed. I have great eyesight and the menus were unreadable, the font is that small it’s blurry you have to squint in order to read them. I have read further reviews that there are bigger fonts at the counter and on the board. Why not just make the font for the menus on the tables bigger as that’s what customers read? The English breakfast was atrocious, everything was cold and definitely re-heated. The scrambled egg was rubbery and had definitely been microwaved numerous times. The turkey bacon was verging on raw. I’ve seen other pictures of people’s bacon crispy which wasn’t the case for mine and if I’d have given the bacon any longer he’d be clucking away again. The sausages were rank, they were cold too and had also been re-heated as it has a certain taste when that’s the case. The hash browns, I hate to say it, but were from Iceland across the way, I know because I’ve had them before and even so, were lukewarm and the toast was just cold from the get go. It was hardly busy when I attended and food should come hot as standard. Yes the price was 4.50 so a lot cheaper than other places but you should still expect hot food to come out to you and not have items be re-heated and bought from elsewhere! Will not be attending again and I hope for the sake of other customers this gets sorted because it’s not on.

Hidden gem this place, warm and cosy atmosphere. Staff are polite and welcoming , considering I am very picky with my chai this place has some very good quality chai. Food is great , the presentation is very wonderful! Prices are fair and fairly cheap compared to other chai establishments
Must must try people!
