Goodness me, what a fabulous guest house. From the moment you set foot in their elegant home you are made supremely welcome with a delicious home made tea. The rooms are so comfortable that I woke up the next morning and thought I was at home! No higher praise from me is possible. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well appointed, with attention given to every detail to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast is delicious and local information is at Marlene and Sue's finger tips. I cannot recommend this B&B high enough. The Chapel has a lot of repeat business, and I am not surprised. Welcoming at every stage of your stay without being intrusive, I wish I could move in!

Myself and wife had a lovely and pleasant stay in this beautiful guest house, hosted by two wonderful ladies who showed a real passion and eye for detail in every aspect of their guest house. I cannot fault our stay, the local village is perfectly shadowed by lincoln, it is close enough to visit on foot if you like a good walk, or very quickly accessible by car. I would think spending time cycling around the area would be another treat that could be finished off with a decent a reasonably priced meal at the local pub or simply a pint or two or a few more. Top quality breakfast, which was thoroughly enjoyed. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. To end then, we had an excellent experience during our stay and the guest house is a real credit to the owners who make you feel right at home.

From the word go Marlene & Sue were perfect hosts an unexpected complimentary afternoon tea on arrival including for our daughter who we were dropping off at Uni - the room was lovely & exceptionally clean throughout attention to detail wonderful - how many superlatives can I write? The breakfast delicious- they couldn’t do enough highly recommended- stay here before they stop at Christmas you will not be disappointed! A rare find

Wow never knew you can get somewhere like this. Marlene and sue were the hosts they were lovely. We got afternoon tea on arrival. Which filled us up. My partner didn’t tell me as was surprise so having afternoon tea was surprise. The room was clean and smelt nice. Rooms were luxurious. Free WiFi. They have free shuttle bus into Lincoln centre. They tell you where to go what place is best for food which was lovely for my birthday. They couldn’t do anything more for us. Breakfast continental and cooked. If not satisfied let them know they will altar anything. This place definitely worth the money and lovely hosts that come with it. Will come again soon.

We’ve just come back from our second stay at Chapel Guest House and we could not recommend this place enough. Two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet who make you feel completely relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. The location and surroundings are beautiful. Very kindly Sue offered to drive us in town Lincoln which is just 10 minute taxi ride outside of Lincoln centre. The rooms are clean, tidy, nicely decorated and quirky in their own rite. Will be looking forward to our visit again next year. Shaun

We visited as three couples and we have had a simply wonderful stay. ||We arrived to a warm reception in the lounge area and an afternoon tea with sandwiches, scones and lemon drizzle. ||Sue and Marlene wanted to help me sure we had the best stay and everything was thought about. The room has gowns, blankets, shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee and gorgeous fluffy towels. ||They then offered to run us to Lincoln and they had to take both cars as there was 6 of us but it wasn’t a problem. Even though we refused, they then insisted that they picked us back up. So so kind.||We had a wonderful nights sleep only to be presented with a beautiful breakfast with little touches that made it feel very English! Very quaint and so we thought through. Great accommodation situated in the pleasant village location of Branston, approximately four miles from the centre of Lincoln.||||The property is part of a converted Methodist chapel situated in the conservation area of the village. Each room is individually styled by the owners. My room had a view to the front, compact modern en-suite, large and comfortable double bed as well as tea/coffee facilities, TV etc.||||Breakfast was excellent with a full range of options cooked to order and a choice of homemade jams and marmalade.||||The hosts, Sue and Marlene, made you feel welcome from the moment you arrived and throughout your stay. Nothing was too much trouble.||||Overall, an excellent base from which to explore Lincoln and surrounding area.

As on a previous visit, from the welcome all the way through to us leaving, the hosting is impeccable, the guesthouse superb and Marlene and Sue are naturals and really do genuinely go the extra mile to ensure your stay is fantastic.
In this day and age it is becoming increasingly rare to find a really nice place and Chapel Guesthouse is an exceptional venue with two really lovely hosts.... We couldn't recommend it any higher and look forward to our next visit!
