Wow!!!
Absolutely phenomenal- blown away. I hated getting my hair cut because sometimes salons let off a real unpleasant atmosphere when you walk through the door but this place makes you feel right at home . I come in with my mum as she was having her hair done and I was waiting for her. I then get talking to jade who works at the chapel, about wanting my hair dyed and trimmed. She was totally honest and told me the steps I needed to take before doing that, so had booked me in the following week for a cut and treatment. A window in her diary then become available whilst I was waiting for my mum and she done it right there and then washed my hair and put the treatment on. And then another amazing lady - for the life of me I can’t remember her name cut my hair and made me feel like a new woman. I am now booked in for a colour and I am so so looking forward to going back. Not only was the inside beautiful and clean. But the people that worked within were also beautiful inside. As soon as we arrived I was offered a drink and I wasn’t even supposed to be the client. The place is professional but also filled with joy and laughter. Some of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met. Of course a huge huge thank you to the lady to cut my hair you were so wonderful and done the most amazing job. But jade honestly you made my day you were so approachable and really wanted to help me. Thank you so so much. Would recommend again and again!

Lily is so professional and years more mature than her age. Nothing is too much trouble and she is so friendly and patient. She has been doing my toe nails with Gelish and I felt comfortable enough with her to ask about Electrolysis. We had a lengthy consultation and I felt confident in her ability. I spent a lovely afternoon having my hair done by the lovely Jade. Not an easy task with the amount of hair I have, but Jade was lovely throughout and did an amazing job. I'm very cautious about my hair, after a few bad experiences, but Jade was brilliant. Highly recommended. Thank you and I'll see you at my next appointment 😊

Absolutely fantastic business! The staff were wonderful and I received a half price offer for my hairdressing appointment as I was a first time customer. I will certainly be returning to make use of the spa and other facilities as it was such great value for money. Many thanks to all the staff!

Went for a massage here. The massage itself was good hence giving it 2 stars. However we had booked for 12. Shortly before we got a call asking if we could come in later at 12.30- 15 minutes later. We queried this at the time as they seemed to think our booking was 12.15 original, despite us ringing first thing in the morning to confirm the booking was for 12. We arrived for 12.30, however spent another 15 mins waiting and did not start until 12.45. Due to the delays we missed our lunch reservations. The lady doing our massages did apologise and explain she had not been able to get into the salon when she had arrived early to prepare for her busy day as it had not been open. As someone who is still being cautious around covid, when booking the appointment we had asked about covid safety and had been told that staff wore masks throughout. Initially the lady doing the massage was wearing a mask, although at times pulled it down so her nose was hanging out. After leaving me to redress after the massage, she returned with her mask around her chin. I am not sure if she had been wearing the mask throughout the massage or not. I have to say this made me feel very uncomfortable and upset and somewhat ruined what was meant to be a treat. I appreciate it is up to individual business to decide what they want to do in regards to masks, however having been told masks would be worn I was disappointed this was not followed through. If I had know this would be the case I would not have booked.
