Had my first deep tissue massage with Char today, having been in pain for some time. Char was professional and able to identify the areas that needed treatment.

The environment was perfect to aid relaxation, whilst simultaneously having the precision massage to help relieve the underlying muscular issues causing the pain.

I had my first massage with Charlene and it was wonderful, I'm still so relaxed.
Charlene is a beautiful therapist with very good knowledge of massage. She included breath work and pressure points. She did ask me if the pressure of massage was at the right level.
My shoulders were so tensed but after the massage I feel so supple.
Charlene has a lovely smile and soft gentle voice.

Wow!!! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever have. I really suffer with neck and shoulder aches and pains and Charlene knew exactly how to release the pressure. Charlene made me feel so comfortable.
