I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with a Jess and what a wonderful addition she is to the team at Charisma. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to ask about my specific needs and areas of tension, making the session feel incredibly personalised.

I went to see Chloe for a consultation and facial treatment. She really listened to my complaints about my skin, not only addressing the areas but explaining to me why it was happening. She listened to my skin care routine and provided really helpful tips on how to adjust this to suit my skin type. I’m so happy with the results and I can’t wait to see her again.
Since my facial and adjustment to my routine, my skin is more vibrant and more hydrated. I couldn’t believe the difference in one treatment.
I most liked the care and comfort she offered during the treatment, which provided me with some much needed luxury me time.

Amazing! But that doesn’t do it justice! Had a fire and ice treatment with Jess and it was the best ever massage! I will be having another one later on in the year.
I have also been having my laser treatment here with steph and I am soo pleased with the results! Really worth every penny.
But all the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for their customers. Really excited for my next session x

Amazing experience. I’m halfway through laser hair removal of my lip and the results are absolutely outstanding, there’s already a noticeable difference and hardly any re-growth. I am so impressed that today I’ve had a patch test on my bikini and legs ready for my next course of laser hair removal . I have also had nails and pedicures at Charisma and every single time I’m made to feel really welcome and every experience leaves me feeling extremely satisfied and wanting more. Massive shout out to my favourite therapist Katie who is not only always professional and caring in treatments but is always ready with her beautiful warm smile.
