Got a last minute place when needed a room at short notice. Got the last room. Staff wonderful, calm when I was stressed and very friendly. Room immaculately clean even though I was not expected. Easy parking on front or car park behind property.

Our family recently held my son’s wake at Charnwood Regency Guest House and the food and service was first class. Kerry the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. She checked to see if there were any special dietary requirements and provided my niece with a generous plateful of gluten free food which she thoroughly enjoyed. The rest of the freshly prepared food was delicious and plentiful. There were at least 100 people present and everyone we spoke to commented on the food and what a lovely place it was. We highly recommend it to anyone in similar circumstances.

Stayed here with my husband and parents. We chose the venue as they are happy to receive dogs. Matt our host was amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. The venue was exceptionally clean and the rooms are surprisingly large with a sofa/seating area. Breakfast was great. Matt spent time telling us about the area and the guest house. Exactly what we wanted. Walkable to town. Would definitely stay again.

I booked this for my father's wake based on the good reviews and the proximity to Loughborough Crematorium.||I am so glad I did.||Kerry was very professional in her handling of the whole booking from beginning to end. She responed immediately to all my questions and was happy to run a tab at the bar so all our guests were able to enjoy a drink on my dad! The room was spacious and modern and could be split into 2 areas depending on your requirements||We had the No 3 buffet. The food was was amazing, and all home made. The cakes were particularly lovely. There was more than enough food for everyone, and Kerry kindly boxed up some food at the end to take home with us.||Thanks to all the team for making a difficult day the best it could be.

Room was good in most respects and staff were friendly and helpful .|However, I didn't expect to be faced with having to fork out an extra £15 for breakfast, having already paid £81 for the room. Far cheaper breakfasts are available elsewhere. |Sorry, but for that reason alone I won't be returning and would not recommend

I stayed here very recently with my parents, Both rooms were absolutely beautiful, very clean and couldn’t fault them. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel and I’m sure we will be coming back.

We stayed in the disabled access suite and was very handy for me with my low mobility as there was a wet room and handles in the bathroom and everything on one floor. Lovely modern room with everything you could need for a great stay and very cosy bed, Staff were friendly and helpful, Will definitely stay again when in the area.

I was placed into a clean and comfortable room that met all of my needs. The room was cleaned regularly and I was offered fresh towels and amenities on a regular basis. The bed and the pillows were super comfy! ||There was a very good selection of breakfast food, and plenty of it. The staff were very attentive, offering hot drinks and toast in addition to what was already on offer. Evening meals were varied and very tasty. ||The staff at the guesthouse were the true highlight of my stay here, and are the heartbeat of the Charnwood Regency. From the moment I arrived they were incredibly welcoming, and were very friendly throughout my stay here. There was always a member of staff around, and they were always happy to chat. The housekeeping team are fabulous and really take pride in the work they do, and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. ||You come away from the Charnwood Regency feeling not like a guest, but like a friend. I would highly recommend them if you are planning a visit to Loughborough.
