We had an end of season shoot party booked at our pub and we asked Caroline to cater exclusively for this event.
Her professionalism is faultless. The menu was amazing and a true celebration of local game, the food tasted incredible and she was a joy to host. The party enjoyed their meal so much they have also booked a pre-season shoot meal and have asked if Caroline will be the chef - she will definitely be back!

I asked Caroline to produce us a meal for eight adults and two small children, to celebrate my 70th. She dealt with the issues of diet so easily. It was a lovely and relaxed meal. Caroline cooked dinner for ten of us at my mum's 80th birthday weekend celebration. The food was absolutely perfect and served efficiently but with courses well spaced through the evening. The meat (we had duck followed by lamb) was cooked to perfection and the two puddings we chose were delicious. Caroline clearly uses top quality suppliers for all her ingredients and we really couldn't fault anything. She (and her husband) were charming and efficient, and left the kitchen spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Caroline to cook for us again and would highly recommend her. Thank you for making the evening a really special occasion.

Caroline, simply, is fantastic. Caroline cheffed for our party of 9 for a week. Every meal was of a standard you would expect in a top tier restaurant - and I consider myself something of a foodie, having travelled extensively and focusing a large portion of my trips around eateries. Each meal was cooked perfectly, absolutely delicious and all obviously made from very high quality produce which Caroline sourced herself. She was extremely pleasant and always accommodating. Caroline is a fantastic chef. She's cool, calm & collected even with the Summer holidays in a busy scottish lodge (adults & children alike) going on all around. We had high quality and delicious food, from old favourites to new favourites such as monk fish scampi. We had some delicious eats before dinner and some very spoiling food cooked to a high standard. Caroline is also a master baker so we had delicious puddings and cakes. I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough and very much hope to have her back.
