We hired Victor for a charity event to raise money for Dementia UK. An amazing night was had by all. Victor was a brilliant chef but also host. Along with Mavis, they both looked after us by keeping our glasses full and serving a gorgeous 3 course meal. They washed up after we had eaten and we wouldn’t have known he had been cooking for the whole evening. Would highly recommend.

I booked chef Victor Chan for a private dinner party to celebrate my birthday with another 10 family members… from the onset Victor ensured the evening went off with a bang.
He is a professional chef and a couple of phone calls prior to the event ensured Victor was able to prepare for the evening in terms of equipment, kitchen space and of course food and dietary requirements.
Victor came with the various courses pre- prepared and without exception the 11 of us thoroughly enjoyed every course of beautiful flavoursome food presented impeccably.
Each course was carefully explained to the diners as we went through the various courses throughout the evening.
Victor engaged with all of us being happy to answer questions of himself, his career and the food, such a delightful man and happy to highly recommend Victor to anyone considering an event involving any type of food…. All in all “well done Chef”.

Chef Victor Chan afforded us the most enjoyable weekend "2 birthdays" celebration party for 16 guests last Saturday and thoroughly recommend Victor's expertise, panache and bon viveur. Cuisine, interesting and innovative variety of choice from crab prawn vol au vents, to bbq chicken & lamb & sumptious beef burgers all simply delicious. Nothing was too much trouble Desserts were fabulous

Anna was lovely and made us at ease arranging drinks and refills.
