As I am not the greatest cook, my friend recommended me to try Darius to provide the catering for my dinner party, so glad I did, it was absolutely fabulous! My family and friends loved the food and especially how it was presented, Darius takes great pride in his work and the saying "you eat with your eyes" I didn't believe was really true till I saw Darius's food. I wouldn't hesitate in using Darius's services again, he was friendly, helpful and always will go the extra mile and highly professional in what he does. I will certainly use his services again this time for my son's upcoming birthday party

I would highly recommend Darius! His care and commitment in preparing the most delicious dishes for our wedding was quite incredible and amazing value for money. The food was the highlight for our 250 guests. Watching Darius lead his team on the day was so re-assuring, and to have him actually serve guests as well as ensure everything was running smoothly is evidence of his pure professionalism and confidence in his team. Darius catered for an 50th Birthday dinner. He came laden with plates and food partly prepared. The canapés were a lovely extra treat. All the courses were generous in size, beautifully presented and delicious. We had three generations of family and everyone was impressed with the meal. Darius was polite, friendly and easy to have in the house. The Kitchen was left fully cleared away making for an easy stress free evening. Would happily recommend and will use again. Than you.

I’ll start this by saying that I’m both a foodie and a fussy diner.

I have recently had the pleasure of Chef Darius organising and coordinating my birthday do.

HIs edible creations, yes creations, were outstanding, the service impeccable and the attention to detail was second to none.
One could taste the freshness and realness of every ingredient used in the meals served.
And it all was terrific value for money.
