Stayed here for two nights due to US Embassy visa appointment. Check in was swift and easy and receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room was on first floor ( No 19) and towards the back of building on the side. Room was clean and fresh smelling clean towels provided. Room was very warm but a fan was provided. A blackout roller blind covered the window to help block out light from McDonald's which is next door. If window was open road noise and overhead planes could be heard quite frequently.
Room was good for our needs. No breakfast provided but McDonald's is next door and Uncle Tom's Cabin is around 150 metres down the road by railway bridge.
Bus stops close by in both directions and very frequent.
Just a cautionary note to be mindful of shower tray when wet as was very slippy.
Overall good clean accommodation and would stay again.

Seeking a cheaper alternative to Travelodge and Premier Inn, I risked staying here. My room was very small and I would not wish to to have an extended stay but for a one night stopover it was perfect. The en suite is a match for the chain hotels. The bed, comfortable. The room was fresh and clean. The whole of the hotel appears to have been recently decorated with modern fittings. Reception is welcoming and efficient. No breakfast but good cafes and restaurants are close. Value is excellent. Will stay here again.

?not enough place for your stuff in the bathroom, like seriously one hook
you have to leave your stuff on the toilet ?

? not enough place in the shower for your cosmetics, please get some shelves already!!

Stayed here as was visiting London, to go to crystal palace park....very clean room and nice service from the staff too....just what we needed for our stay...convient for buses and the overground train to get anywhere. Our room was on the bottom floor but that wasn't a problem as windows are thick, blind to pull down...A fan was provided in room as we were staying on what seem to be hottest day of the year so far.... No breakfast provided but there is a MacDonald's next door, if u like that kind of breakfast. All in all a good stay here....thanks for having us. Would use again.

The room was perfectly adequate, clean and basic. Our disappointment was not being told our room was about 10 yards from a MacDonalds which shut at 2 in the morning and was under Heathrow Airport flight path. We literally had zero sleep. Coupled with a couple next door to us who rowed and fought the entire night! We had a very poor experience and wouldn’t return. We weren’t even asked how our stay was on check out.

Very clean and tidy room with great openable window. Bathroom was new and clean. Highly recommend! Bus out the front and only an 18 minute walk to 2 different train stations. Walk to Battersea Park and the Thames River. Room was serviced everyday including new towels and bed made etc.
Bed was king size too! Great value for money.

Room was lovely with no issues, check in was quick with an easy form to fill out. I would like to take time to thank the wonderful staff.

I forgot to pack my phone charger, when I was checking out I asked if they had a charger. They were very helpful and charged my phone for me when I went out for breakfast, came back and got my phone.

Really really appreciated as I needed my phone while travelling across London on the Saturday.

After reading some reviews we were a little hesitant about if this stay was going to be good. Anyway, nothing wrong with our stay, if anything it ticked all our boxes and would happily stay here again! McDonald’s next door, convenience shop across the road, £20 a night to park car outside the front or £25 through a locked gate. Wandsworth Road Over ground train is a 5 minute walk away. Bed was really comfy, hot rainfall shower & 11am check out! Thank you for a great stay!
