What an absolutely beautiful B&B to stay in! My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much! The room was so spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the cat and horses and the lovely scenery. Breakfast every morning was great!

We had the mist wonderful 3 days. The place is absolutely beautiful, in the middle of the country, so wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We had the Sunset room which was large, clean and spacious with a lovely view. We had 3 lovely breakfasts and Rosie recommended some great pubs (The George and Longs Arms, the food was delicious). Rosie has 2 gorgeous rescue horses (ask her about her work with them, it's amazing), a feral cat called Lola who is the sweetest, most affectionate little soul who dribbled in ecstasy every time she had a fuss or a cuddle, and Baxter the spaniel who is a bit more cautious but loves a fuss and a play once he's given you the once over. They are all lovely, and add to the lovely homely feel of the place. It's a short drive to Bath from Bradford on Avon so really convenientfor doing all the touristy things in Bath , a really lovely spot in a oerfect location.
Rosie is a wonderful hostess, and we will be back for sure.

Sunset Suit - The room itself was lovely, spacious and clean and beautiful view looking out towards the farm. The bed was comfy and beautiful roll top bath. Friendly service and all round a beautiful house. Breakfast was tasty but a little on the small side but a lovely stay and we would definitely book up again.

Very warm and friendly greeting, announced by their dog, however house and room could have been a little warmer. An extra heater and blankets were in the room on arrival, but initially was cold.
Breakfast was whatever time we wanted, and very nice, however it was a lot more organized on first morning.
If you want a break from noise, phone reception, internet signal, with lovely views..this is a good choice

Will never get to experience the place, first they almost double the price on us after we booked and then out of the blue they have decided to put other guests in the lodge we have hired so I will now be cancelling my stay as this was a romantic break away at Christmas with my wife. If you are going to add other people to the lodge you out hire I advise advertising this rather than misleading guests.
