Chesford Grange Hotel - Kenilworth

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and very clean. There is complimentary drinks in the fridge which was so nice, there is an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe and a safe. The evening meal was lovely and there was a lot of choice at breakfast and gluten free was a good choice. The pool was good and there is a steam room and loungers and two tiled loungers that warm up. Ladies changing room is good and there's hair dryers. The spa is very clean and nice and so are the staff. I had head,neck and shoulders massage with Jas, she is lovely and she made sure I was ok. I would definitely stay again and use the spa and I definitely recommend Chesford Garage and the spa.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 dogs as a half way point between us and other family members. We had a dog room which was convenient with a hard floor so no carpet worries and meant you could nip round back of hotel to take luggage to car. Food was very good - both breakfast and dinner. We liked the round tables as social with a high chair (lots of good condition high chairs and all immaculately clean). Restaurant staff were so kind and helpful - thank you to Nadooshani for taking such good care of us. |Things to be mindful of - bar area overlooking grounds is probably lovely in the summer but this time of year is rather soulless. The other bar area is very cosy but limited seating which is a bit of an issue with 2 coach parties and big family Christmas reunions.|Well located for bus - we popped into leamington spa on the bus very successfully. We didn’t have time to use spa or pool. |Dog corridor can be bit noisy but it’s more the guests than the dogs - especially children running around unsupervised from what we could work out. Hence only 4 star rating. We would stay there again for its location.

I stayed at Chesford Grange for a work event. On arrival you are presented with a nice looking building in pleasant surroundings with lots of parking. The reception and common areas are well maintained and all of the team members I encountered were lovely. I had my evening meal at the hotel and that too was good.

All sounds great so far, and all brings me to the room. As soon as I got to the door it was evident that the room allocated to me was not as well loved as the arrival would have you expect. Most notable was the enormous damp stain and crack on the ceiling, where I can only assume an occupant of the room above had allowed their bath to overflow. Add to that the fact that the shower rail was broken meaning you had to hold the shower head in place or it would simultaneously drop down and twist to face the wall, the toilet would not fully flush and there were long black hairs that definitely weren't mine in the bath and around the bathroom bin.

Overall the room clearly lacked both upkeep and attention. I know most people don't visit a hotel to spend their time in the room, but I would still hope for better attention to conditions than I found here and I would suggest that some work is needed to improve the environment and have the rooms match the rest of the facilities.

Called in as photographing an event in a couple weeks so need to check out the venue. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Showed us around the venue and where some of the hidden gem for taking the best photos with the beauty of the building. Invited us to stop for a drink and chill before the drive home. Checked out the food and drinks menu and was surprised how reasonable the price was. The food looked good and the bar staff very pleasant and friendly to talk to. Will be back and looking forward to the event

Lovely relaxed and comfortable stay, we stayed in one of the family rooms which was an ideal location as straight out into the grounds and very convenient for our small dog. Food in the restaurant was excellent and we also used the spa which was lovely with welcoming staff. ||We also used the electric charging points during our stay which was very convenient and worked really well.

Attended a Christmas Party night at Chesford Grange on 6/12/24 and it really exceeded my expectations. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Loads of staff on the bar and table service, making it all run smoothly, no lengthy bar queues or waiting for food - makes such a difference. Our server (Mo I think his name was) was really good. Food was all delicious and the DJ did a great job of reading the room with his song choices. Hope to be back next year, keep doing what you are doing on these party nights Chesford Grange!

What a fantastic evening. Venue was great! Food was great, cooked to perfection and served hot. Location great for our evening. Located well for access to Coventry and Bham. Would recommend. Fantastic service from our table waiter Satyam. Thank you.

The welcome, food and service was great. No complaints. Clean and comfortable room. The view of the skip in the car park from our room wasn't ideal. Tap in bath wouldn't work either.||The major thing to let this hotel down is the Spa. It's old, tired, tiny and has 2 beds that claim to be heated. The steam room wasn't hot and the pool was poor. I wouldn't call it a Spa at all tbh.||The rest was lovely.
