We had a couple of days away here, 4 adults, 3 kids and my brother's dog. We all had a really lovely time. It was nice to see the kids riding their bikes and playing swing ball and just being kids outdoors. We stayed in the stage coaches which were fab and spotless. The toilets and showers were also cleaned every day and were fine. The staff were lovely here especially Hayley who was very helpful. We had a lovely breakfast in the on site cafe, rang a takeaway from Fordham which was delivered to site and also bought a disposable bbq from the reception shop to cook tea one night. One thing I did say would be great there was a zip wire. We all had a lovely time and reminded me of holidays when I was little. We are going back in November and will be staying in a Windsor pod as these are now dog friendly and we have just got a mew pup.

We booked our 1st touring caravan trip (with hot tub) at this lovely site. Was nervous towing a caravan for the 1st time. The lady on the phone i did booking with reassured me if i needed help someone would give me a hand. Cant recommend Rob the site manager enough. He helped me set up the caravan giving me great hints and tips made me feel at ease. Lovely site, great facilities. We all enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for making our 1st trip away a great one to remember

Stayed here last weekend and I had such a good weekend that I’ve had to come and write a review. The accommodation was amazing! Nice chilled vibe and the hot tub was so warm and relaxing. After booking.com messed up my accommodation and then cancelling my booking the staff here were very quick to sort it. A special thank you to Donna who was quick to find me accommodation and to Billy who phoned me to make sure that everything was in place for my arrival. Honestly haven’t stayed in a place so nice in a very long time. Thank you again

Booked this as a surprise for my partners birthday but we were very let down. ||I paid £205 for 1 night in the superior pods but it’s not worth the money.||The attention to detail is very poor, there was cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling, needed a good hoover, ciggy butts left around the hot tub and all around the entrance to the pod, I asked if they would put a balloon and a bottle of Prosecco in the room for arrival was told to do it myself so was really awkward asking him to stay in the car while I got them out the boot ?||They didn’t tell us the cafe and bar was getting a returb but did have food & drink van's on site, not what we wanted, walked to the closest pub about 10/ 15 mins but that had been closed down, so greasy burger it was! ||Bathrooms are like being on a aeroplane, all plastic and very tiny! ||I gave 3 stars as the hot tub itself was amazing, very hot and powerful jets, was lovely to sit and watch the stars but overall not value for money at all

Well this is the worst place I have ever stayed . This was booked by the kids for us as a treat .We had to have a minimum of two nights in superior pods so it cost us an additional £220 to add the other night cost a break down of £195 per night . |On arrival we were given our key and no other information. We went to superior pod 7 and as you can see by the pictures it clearly had not been attended to before our arrival . Cob webs on the ceiling, the dust and dirt on the heater. The electrical purifying device was an electrical hazard and dirty . Two toilet rolls in the bathroom one almost used sorry but someone else’s used toilet roll not very hygienic and mold in the shower . The mattress didn’t fit the wooden bed frame with very large gaps all around. The Hot tub was filthy alll around it and dead leaves all over it so it clearly had not been attended to ? . |No cutlery supplied just 4 dirty plastic red cups and two dirty white mugs with 2 of each tea, coffee and sugar sachets stuffed in them . So they don’t even supply anything like plates or cutlery and no soap hand wash etc and only two small bath towels . The ashtray and outside table was full of rain water which would have been acceptable if this was form recent rain but it was from over a 5 days previous as it hadn’t rained and was dry all week . |While I complained to Hayley she offered a refund if £50 and said she would take on board my complaint .a small gesture of goodwill it was barely a cost that covered the expense of what we paid buying some cutlery and towels from the local Morrison’s to make our stay better |While I know clamping is a different experience to a hotel stay I would not recommend this site at all . Superior flaming should include the little extras . If I’d have k own what you were getting I wouldn’t have paid half the price to stay never mind £195 a night for a dirty wooden hut .

Lovely site, toilets and showers were clean. We stayed in the stage coach pods and they were nice and clean. Hot tub was an added bonus someone came round to top up chlorine each day . The outdoor space is good we had a lovely time thank you ! Staff were all friendly would return. Arthur the resident pet was added entertainment.

So we booked the superior pod for our anniversary weekend. There was nothing superior or special about the pod it was very basic they look like prisoner of war huts the way they are set out just in gravel. Then there are no cooking facilities within the pod the tv remote had no back the shower did not work. The tea and coffee tray supplied was very poor. Only 2 towels supplied was very disappointed when you compare price against what you get would not recommend as a glamping site

Fantastic place. Very clean, peaceful, warm welcome and Very friendly. The maintenance guys were brilliant Jamie (J ) kevin, paul and Paul ( who doesn't like people). Look after us well. We came home relaxed after our Hot Tub experience. Too many kids at the weekend though. Glad we came home Saturday morning.
