We have just returned from a 2 night stay at Chestnut Grove, visiting the area for a family celebration. We were greeted on arrival by Elliot who was both welcoming and friendly and explained all we needed to know. Elliot also provided us with a phone number for a local taxi company for our party (which was £9 each way into Norwich Centre). This beautiful B&B is spotlessly clean with ample parking and has a wonderful interior full of interesting pictures and curiosities to look at. The beds are super comfy with excellent quality bed linen and a delightful tea tray in the room with fresh milk provided. The breakfasts are delicious served in a lovely dining room with beautiful table linen and crockery I wanted to take home with me!!! The real assets to this business are the proprietors, Elliott and his lovely Mum Penny. So kind (and patient) especially with my 84 year old Mum. They really do go "above and beyond" to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. I cannot fault this B&B at all. Stay clear of the bland hotels in the vicinity and stop here instead. You will not regret it.

Had a great weekend away at this lovely b&b. Really comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room. Overlooked the pretty garden. A wonderful breakfast with seating in the conservatory on a hot day was perfect. Yoghurt & berries followed by my favourite avocado on sourdough with poached eggs - yum! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend for anyone visiting Norwich.

Fabulous stay here this weekend. Room very comfortable with everything you might need. Loved the fresh milks in the fridge outside the rooms. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to returning!

My husband and I arrived Friday afternoon and we met by Elliott who made us feel very welcome Straight away
We were taking to our room, which was absolutely beautiful spotlessly clean decorated to a very high standard as was all the other areas of the house
Breakfast is served in the dining room, which is beautiful as you sit down with others who are staying make conversation and Elliott cook you the most outstanding breakfast
The house is decorated throughout to a very high standard my husband and I have absolutely loved our stay there and will return in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this beautiful B&B as Elliott and his mum Penny go above and beyond to make your stay outstanding

We stayed here when my son had a university interview with UEA. We arrived late at night and were worried whether we were too late but a nice lady (Mr. Elliott's Mum) let us in and explained everything. There was ample parking space too. Next morning Mr. Elliott treated us to a fantastic breakfast. The dining room was very impressive. As my son had to attend an online interview before the in-person at UEA, Mr Elliott arranged a quiet place for him in the dining room as it was beyond the checkout time. Its a fantastic place, rooms at competitive prices and still has a personal touch. I will happily stay here again.

We (my two sisters, my nephew and myself) checked in on the Second stop of our roadtrip UK. Mr. Elliot Jackson was not home when we first arrived, but he had left Keys and instructions for us. Later in the evening after we had been out to eat, he was home and greeted us very cordially. We had a short chat with him, and then we was off to bed. We had two rooms on the top floor of this beautiful house. The room that I share with my oldest sister was only with a shared bathroom, but it was clean and cozy. There was a bottle of fresh and cold water avaliable for us to drink along with the usual tea and coffee. But the real treat about this place was the “breakfast” part! A wonderful dining room with tablecloth and napkins kept in Dark red colors and the table set for 6 persons and with the door open towards a conservatory about the size of my own flat back home! But there was much more to come! The soft-spoken host revealed that he had training as a chef and presented the deliciously tasting food In the most appealing way. This place gets my full recommendation. A top place to stay whether it’s just for one night or used as a base for experiencing the sights of Norwich and Norfolk
