We only stayed 1 night at this lovely B&B we could have stayed longer it was so comfortable. Lots of lovely extras in the room. A sml bottle of Rose, plenty of hot drinks choices and biscuits. Lots of little extras that we we pleasantly surprised to find in the bathroom. 4 star offerings 😃 very where was clean and well presented. The beds were really comfy and the owners were really lovely. Sleeping at the front of the house along side a main road didn't seem to be noisy at all. A very peaceful and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family.

Between town and station , close to both and built , so i was told , in 1847 , this is an interesting house. The proprietor was charming and welcoming and i immediately felt at home. The room i was given , no.1, had a double bed and also a single , so could have suited a family. It was comfortable and well appointed with drink making facilities , en suite bathroom and powerful shower. I slept well. Breakfast was excellent and we weren`t rushed. There is some on site parking . A clean well run establishment without faults. I`ll use this again.

My family and I had a most enjoyable stay whilst visiting our new granddaughter in Downham Market. I booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my daughter, her partner and young son. Both rooms had everything we needed right down to a small bottle of wine, tea and coffee, shampoos and other bathroom requisites. In the wardrobe was a hairdryer, shoe shine sponge and a sewing kit, a real home from home experience. Both rooms were large and had there own en-suite facilities.||Breakfast was excellent with a choice of fresh fruit, cereals and any variation on a full English including Lincolnshire sausages.||Would we stay there again.........YES!

I stayed here with work for 12 days. From the outside its a lovely looking building. Inside is just as good. The bathroom was worth the price alone! ( which is cheap). The lady that runs the house made me feel so welcome it was like being at home! Nothing was any trouble, the bedding is fresh, the rooms are clean, it's everything you want in a guest house.

Stayed for one night recently while visiting relatives in the area. Easy to find and parking behind the guesthouse. Room on first floor was ensuite and everything very comfortable and clean. Bathroom had all the normal toiletries as well as make up wipes and hairspray.||||Small bottle of wine and water in room as well as tea, coffee etc and chocolate biscuits. Free wifi.||||Breakfast was cooked to order - choice of full english, omlette or cheese on toast, cereals, fresh fruit and juice, plus tea and coffee.||||Owners both very friendly and helpful. Would consider staying here again if needed to be in the area.

Visiting family and friends in the area we stayed at this b&b for 2 nights. It was welcoming, clean, comfortable and quiet, despite being on a main road. Breakfast was freshly cooked, tasty and wholesome. If we require accommodation in the area again I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We stayed here as we attended a party nearby. Very friendly owners, lovely room with nice little touches throughout. Very comfortable. Good parking. Lovely breakfast. We stayed with our one year old baby. We will definitely stay here in the future.

I booked this as a last min trip and the owners kindly stayed up to allow me a late arrival. The room was £40 for the night, comfortable and clean. Bottles of water, tea etc was a nice touch. There was plenty of off street parking as well. Wi-Fi in the rooms also.
