Unsurprising to see so many great reviews. The essence of a top guest house is the quality of the welcome which always trumps air bnb accommodation. Nicky was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts marvellous with brilliant and cheery service. Room had all you needed along with fabulous view. All in all, a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Yorkshire.|Thank you.

This place was excellent value for money.|Parking available on site not sure if it has been a farm and rooms are converted outhouses.|The rooms are round a cobbled courtyard with tables to sit outside. |Rooms are spotless there is a kettle hairdryer coffee tea hot chocolate and biscuits provided nice touch.| You will never be short of electrical points there are loads.|Bed is very comfortable loved the pillows, plenty drawers small wardrobe table and chairs and a setee bedside cabinets with lamps.| Bathroom is a wet room shower toiletries provided again spotless.|Loved looking out window to cows and horses made my grandsons day as cows are friendly he got to pat one.|Breakfast has everything fully cooked or continental or you can have breakfast box to your room with a hot roll of bacon, sausage, egg or all 3 a yoghurt, croissant, fruit and a drink.|Owner Nicky and her staff are very friendly and helpful.|It's very near centre of Otley plenty restaurants pubs etc.|Would love to come back and would highly recommend this place and I don't say this lightly as I can be quite critical.

We had a lovely welcome from Nicky and the views from all around the site were spectacular. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable too. Dogs are welcome here, but not allowed in the dining room, so we opted for a breakfast butty in our room. This came with a choice of filling, as well as yogurts, brioche and orange juice, and was really tasty and filling. The room had a small table and chairs, too, so we could eat comfortably. There was a field with cows right outside the window, only a few feet away.||Downside was our bathroom, which was a wet room and in need of refurbishing. The drain was stained and looked like there was mold or rust around it, so we decided against using the shower.||There were also frequent planes flying really low over the field, so lots of noise from that while we were outside. Happily, we could barely hear them when in our room. Nicky told us that the planes were not supposed to fly there, but they were quite frequent all weekend. ||The Chevin pub was just yards away, but had unfortunately closed down recently, but there were other pubs not too far away that we could eat at instead.

Everything about our stay at Chevin was perfect. The views were beautiful, the accommodation extremely comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Nicky was extremely welcoming making sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. We were very grateful for her recommendations for places to eat and general knowledge of the area.

Warm welcome. Nice rural location. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Lots of evening dinning near by. Good base for visiting Saltaire and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend a visit, all good, you won’t be disappointed

First time staying here and I definitely wasnt disappointed!. Nicky and her staff made us feel so welcome. The views to our room were so beautiful. The room was so nice, very comfortable bed. I would definitely come and stay here again. Highly recommend

Check in was straightforward, Nicky was so friendly and even came to our room to welcome us, the room was as expected when we booked it , the trip was a little weekend away for our 40th wedding anniversary, we had beautiful views from our room and an amazing sunset, it was so peaceful and quiet.
Breakfast was perfect, freshly cooked on request with Tea and coffee , Fresh Juice, fruit , cereals and pastries to help yourself to, the team are a credit to the owners.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family .

We arrived late on a Friday night so couldn't really see much of our surroundings but we located our room in the courtyard and were happily surprised by a large ,tastefully decorated inviting room , a short while after settling in we realised we had forgotten our USB plug for charging our phones ,shock ,horror how will we live without our phones . We text Nicky to see if she had a spare one and within 5mins we had one ,we were truly grateful. After a good night's sleep , I opened the curtains and the view was breathtaking of the beautiful countryside and the cows were grazing just outside our window. Breakfast was basically anything you wanted and was served with a cheery smile . All in all we would highly recommend Chevin End and will definitely be back when we return to the area |
