Lovely site, however slightly disappointed, There seems to be a lot of tradesman staying who's language in the clubhouse was appalling. My children are late teens and even they were appaulled. Lady in the shop was moaning about her shifts rather than serving us.|Lighting around the park at night Is awful. Platinum Lodge it is not, it's a double width caravan. Robes and slippers are a nice touch but why? I'd rather have extra pillows on the beds. 1 per person is not enough. However we didn't pay the full cost as booked late so it was great value for money. Shop shuts at 6pm so if you need anything you're stuck but there's a tesco's extra or a coop just up the bypass, clubhouse is lovely but food is average and expensive. Bar staff on first day were more interested in talking to her mates than serving. Reception staff were also clueless. No information about what is available in and around Chichester so do your homework before you come as it's a great base to explore which is what we used it for. We did a trip to Thorpe park and a trip to London, Chichester is also a lovely city to visit. Site seemed to be more for owners that holiday makers. We would stay again but only because it's central to so many places and I would only stay if we got the same price as we did this time round.

We stayed for a long weekend in September, with a toddler & a small dog. Grounds are kept tidy. Very clean premises & friendly staff. Even though we arrived and we had no water for the first night & no electricity for the first few hours, I must say staff tried there best to keep us all informed & checking up on us. Swimming pool is clean. Even little arcade is a good laugh. Would definitely recommend & stay again. Thanks to everyone & until next time.

Set in a beautiful location the lakes are stunning and absolutely loved seeing the huge amount of geese and ducks around the grounds . Husband done some fishing at deep lake and had a great day .
The caravan was a gold plus 2 6 berth
It had parking directly outside which was great . Caravan was clean and had clean bedding for all beds and a toilet roll in each toilet .
The shower was a little complicated and we found we needed to put the heating on to get hot water but it was fine . Had all necessary cutlery and plates etc . One problem we did have was the oven trays in our caravan didn't quite fit in the oven properly which left us only able to use one which was a pain but we ate out on the next 2 days so got over this issue. There was a microwave oven in the caravan but had no instructions so didn't try this .
We ate on site one night and a couple of options were unavailable, dinner for the 3 of us arrived in around 30 minutes. Was good food but would of liked more chips ,and a choice of beans rather than just having coleslaw as a side for every menu item .I thought the bar was a little pricey with not alot of beer choice .The eating and outdoor area at the clubhouse/restaurant was lovely with a stunning view of the lake . We took our dog and he loved it too .will definitely be coming back .

Holiday | Family|Such a beautiful location on the lake, dog friendly, with clearly marked dog friendly sections in the clubhouse. Ordered food on Friday evening which was delivered by a lovely young lady named Shaye, she was attentive, explained where to get condiments and cutlery and clearly enjoyed her job. She was polite and friendly, a credit to the Team.|Weather was a little against us over the weekend, but it didn't "dampen" our stay.|The lovely lady in the shop, whose name I don't recall had a wealth of knowledge about the local area and facilities.|Will definitely be back with our dog, who was spoilt with treats from the Team

Having been to other park holidays sites we were looking forward to staying at Chichester lakeside, and it did not disappoint, the entrance road to the site is amazing with 2 large lakes either side of the approach road, in reception we were greeted with a smile by 2 lovely ladys who checked us in swiftly and proceeded to direct us to our lodge, the lodge was a 3 bed 3 bathroom type located on rose green, it was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 children in our party, it was also nice and clean, the club house was very nice with great views across the huge lake from the large decking area, we ate in the club house on our 1st night and though quite expensive the meals were of good quality and were served quickly by the friendly staff, we also used the on site pool which you have to book in advance, my 5 year old grand daughter loved it, the site is located conveniently for both Chichester and Portsmouth, having stayed at other park holiday locations ie broadland sands and pevensey bay this site is definitely one of our favourites and we shall be returning sometime in the future, thank you to all the staff at this wonderful place and hope to see you again.

On arrival the receptionist ( older female) was very unhelpful. She demanded photo ID and told us if we didn't have any we would have to pass their security check or no holiday!!!
We arrived at 3.40pm but everyone was made to queue outside in the cold even though all of the accommodation was clearly ready. Ruined the start of the break !!!
All other staff were happy and helpful.
Lodge was amazing and very clean apart from the frying pan and only 4 each of mismatched plates, glasses etc.
Flooded everywhere even to the entrance of the complex. Needs sorting.
Don't recommend going in the complex on a Saturday as to many owners getting drunk.
Didn't like the fact that some dog owners were allowed into the entertainment area when clearly it states where the dog only areas are.

We have just returned from a Mon-Fri stay in the summer holidays. We had a great time. The park was really well kept up, new facilities very nice. Lots of other places to visit nearby. Had some issues with extremely noisy neighbours on the first night and feel the park dealt with this pretty well. Very dog friendly and we took ours with us, but at same time not loads of dogs everywhere if you are not a fan. Staff at reception, pool and clubhouse were great. Hope to visit again some time.

Recently returned from a fabulous weekend stay at Chichester Lakeside. No complaints here, extremely friendly team, clean and felt like home away from home. Esther was particularly helpful and made us feel so welcome when we saw her. Darren and the team at the entertainment venue were brilliant.
