Where to start with a review for the most beautiful venue, in a gorgeous setting and not forgetting the fantastic staff team!

From start to finish our experience with the Chilli Barn has been nothing short of perfection. Every step of the way Leah supported us to understand the process, prompt decisions we hadn't even considered, explain which options were available and offer reassurances.

We chose to decorate some of the venue ourselves due to being able to access the space for the full day before our big day, Leah was so helpful and on hand to support too. We loved being able to spend time together in our venue arranging bud vases, seeing our vision come to life and settling some of our nerves.

We wanted a venue which could hold an intimate ceremony but could manage to hold more people for the evening to party the night away. The Chilli Barn was perfect for this, with us having 35 during the day and all eating on the mezzanine level and 90 during the evening filling the dance floor. We chose to also hire a teepee which offered an additional break out space and the kids loved this.

Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and we especially loved our memorable evening food of chilli at the Chilli Barn! Also our speciality cocktails, suggested by Leah, which included "love at the barn" were a big hit with our guests.

We also love that we picked a venue which we can continue to visit for years to come, eating at the equally fantastic Mistal Kitchen and reminiscing on our perfect day. We've already had friends and family eating and catching a coffee at Mistal and sending us photos commenting on how fantastic our wedding day and celebration was.

Thank you so much to the whole team at the Chilli Barn who helped our day run seamlessly and were so friendly throughout!

We had our wedding here at this beautiful venue. From start to finish the staff were absolutely fantastic, Leah helped us with all of our planning and was on hand for any questions and really helped us to shape our day. She was so accommodating to our varied schedules and even got us in for a planning meeting at 9am on a Sunday morning as it was the only date our little planning party could all make.

We had accessibility needs for some of our guests and they allowed us to have a lovely big round dining table for the wedding breakfast downstairs for some of our guests so no one had to struggle up the stairs. They got it up and down so quickly as well.

We had Megan and Lucy helping us for our prep day, who were amazing helping us decorate and have a great eye for it. Megan had so many great suggestions for our decor that we would never had thought of ourselves.

The food was amazing - all of our guests loved it, and the staff couldn’t have been more efficient and friendly. The air con was a brilliant touch as our wedding day was scorching hot!

It was the most perfect day, I can’t recommend enough thank you so much again Leah, Lucy, Megan and all the kitchen and bar staff too.

A perfect venue and an amazing team- Leah is a superhero!

We cannot thank the team at Chilli Barn enough. Leah worked with us through planning to help us turn our vague vision into a reality that was better than we could have imagined. We wanted an indoorsy/outdoorsy wedding that felt relaxed and cosy. Leah helped us each step and was super accommodating to any requests we had. She really did take care of everything on the lead up, we feel as though we did nothing! On the day anything we needed Leah took care of. She was unflappable and made us feel really calm and relaxed. We had no worries on the day!

The food was incredible- we got married almost a year ago and the guests are still talking about how delicious the meal was. The bar staff were quick and really friendly, the drinks were flowing!

If we could do it all again we would do it at the Chilli Barn.

What a wonderful and beautifully located venue- everything was perfect in the lead-up (thanks to Leah) and on the day of our blessing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our day and it helped greatly that everything was reliably under control. Many thanks and totally would recommend to other couples considering the Chilli Barn!

When we got engaged, we wanted a small vegan wedding and every venue we looked at came back with meat menu as well as costs for a big wedding. When I went to the Chilli Barn opening day, I knew it was the venue for us. Leah emailed me then and there regarding cost estimates and took our brief down and really listened. She was quick to respond to enquires and was very organised. Then, on the actual wedding day, Leah and other staff members were amazing. They helped us with everything from making sure we were okay to making sure everything went smoothly. Because we decorated the venue ourselves, for the Sunday, they even packed everything for us to make it easier. Could not recommend Chilli Barn. To top it off, they have a cafe next door which supplies the food for the wedding and they did amazing vegan food.

We got married at the Chilli Barn in July 2023 and we cannot recommend them enough. Leah and the team are a well oiled machine who go out of their way to create the most special day. If you want fuss free, intimate beautiful venue with the most delicious food then this is for you!

I have photographed gorgeous cosy winter weddings and lovely hot summer weddings at The Chilli Barn and it’s a truly magical venue whatever the season! The staff are always great! There are lots of lovely locations around the barn for photos, the rustic steps, festoon lights in autum and winter and a pretty buttercup meadow in May! The woodlands over the road from the barn offer lots of photo opportunities too! I can’t wait to be back photographing weddings here in 2024.
