Lovely gel refill done today for myself and for my daughters acrylic french infills with hearts on. So kind and lovely. Had a nice chat too. Can't wait to choose another colour next time we're in. Thanks so much ladies. Xx

The staff are friendly and seem to do a good job. However, both times I had gel nails done here, they chipped within a week. They are supposed to last 2-3 weeks! It must be low quality gel polish. It is also very difficult to remove compared to other gels I have tried. I strongly advise against getting gel nails done here.

I was waiting for 20 days from the first time I ve been to this place....and my nails was still perfect...deff approved!
Really good quality of the polish and excellent customer service....really really recommend...

I’ve just moved to the area so decided to try Choconails and I’m so happy I did! The service was so quick and my nails turned out beautifully, they were so accommodating with an appointment and replied so quickly to messages. Will be back here all the time ?

They do a pretty good job I think. The first time I got my nails done and the nails looked great and very neat,it was gel nails. However I’m not too sure if it was me or the quality of the product used cuz the nail chipped off the very next day followed with the rest of the other nails in less than a week. The lady was multitasking with answering her phone, then was on a video call the whole time. I dint mind to be honest at first cuz I thought maybe it’s was urgent or maybe family. But then the lady was on the video call for the longest time, I would’ve appreciated if she just excused herself to attend the call.
Now the second time I went, there was only 1 lady, very sweet, However she was attending to two people at the same time, one of them was me. She was quite overwhelmed of course, she did my nails and in between she went to another lady to do her’s and came back to me. I had booked to do waxing but poor girl must have forgotten so I dint bother bringing it up cuz she was serving all the customers alone.
I would want to give another shot, cuz they are good. I just hope you sort your staffing cuz it’s not fair for your customers to book appointments in advance and upon arriving they have to wait for 40-60 mins to be served cuz there’s only 1 or 2 staff.

I hate to do bad reviews but on 2 separate occasions of getting my brows waxed there have been incidents. 1st time the lady dropped wax on my coat & tried to wax it off (which would have torn the fabric). I went again as I thought it was just a one time thing. But the second time she dropped a big load of after wax gel in my eye and it stung really bad. But my brows still look good?
