We had our Mum's wake here. Beautiful venue, Abbi and her teams catering was great, home made sausage rolls a big hit. Very relaxed and they catered for every requirement. A pleasure to deal with Abbi for what was a very difficult thing to have to organise. |Highly recommend. |Thankyou |Anna & Sophie

Booked to visit family near by. Lovely location however after a 6 hour drive and wanting a good nights sleep the curtains let a lot of light in. Some black out curtains would work wonders for the light and controlling the warm air. Had to sleep with windows open but as there were no clips for the blinds the rattling of them didn’t help with sleep either so very disturbed sadly. Shower room a little small, bed was really comfortable as were pillows. Breakfast was nice, however waiting staff not very engaging. No one to say goodbye to upon leaving. Consider leaving the blinds shut in rooms when it is very warm/humid, doing this along with the black out curtains would make a huge difference. Not sure we’d stay again but it is obviously well run and loved.|I can only have whole milk and little of it so sadly cereal wasn’t an option for me. This apparently is unusual, so just unfortunate on this occasion.

First time here and I always book independent hotels/ guest houses/ pubs. Church Farm represents outstanding value.
Room very well presented, good size, spotlessly clean and the towels were large and soft. Comfortable bed, stylish decor and large room (no 9).
Jacqueline, in reception gave a friendly and personal welcome.
Breakfast, which was included, offered a wide choice for hot food and a Continental if preferred. Plenty of parking. Thanks for providing a peaceful haven!

Stayed twice excellent alternative to Premier Inn with more facilities if you have an early or late flight and are driving Norwich Airport.|Very nice receptionist Jacqueline . I can’t comment on the food but it’s bound to be good.based on the quality of the rest of the guest house.

I stayed here with my two sons the night before my wedding.

I called in advance to arrange a late checkout and was informed this would be completely okay.
The night was fine, room with the kitchen was adequate. The one star review is due to the poor behaviour displayed in the morning. We should have only had to focus on getting dressed, relaxing and preparing for the wedding but instead I was informed i would have to pay an additional £50 for checking out late (a matter of hours). When it was pointed out that I had called and cleared this when booking it went from demanding to guilt tripping me to pay the money. I refused and then had to feel awkward all through breakfast and the rest of the stay until the point of leaving.

The woman knew we were checking out late as I was due to be married the early afternoon and it left me feeling that perhaps she felt I could be “persuaded” as I couldn’t really arrange anything else at this point.

Really disappointed to have been made to feel this way and cause unnecessary stress on the morning of a busy day.

Update to church farms reply. This is the correct establishment. Yes, you did treat me this way.
