Set in a quiet, picturesque area of countryside. Great value. We had two rooms that were in one, ground floor unit, so ideal for families. The beds were comfortable with good quality pillows. Modern en suite with lovely hot shower - low pressure but not really a problem! Breakfast was included in the price of the room. Lots of parking available on site. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cosy rooms, and an excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Stay were polite and friendly. Free parking. Overall, this was a really great stay which totally exceeded our expectations. We were staying because we were working nearby, and will be returning on our next business trip.

A lovely place to stay. The rooms are very well appointed, clean and with everything you need. The owners and staff all very considerate and helpful and obviously work very hard to give people an enjoyable stay. A great breakfast in the morning,.The location is wonderful, in a lovely little country village. a fabulous stay which exceeded our expectation and was extremely good value for money.

Church farm displays a lovely friendly atmosphere. Room was lovely well equipped and spacious, with a lovely claw footed bath, separate sitting area with tv and fridge. Bed was lovely and comfortable with tea, coffee, biscuits and water provided. Breakfast was good with a cooked breakfast and cold options. Located within walking distance to the Warner gin tour and the Tolly arms pub

Lovely location and room.
Staff good communication when I did late check in.
Has a good breakfast fresh, including hot food.
Only two small issues, heating in the room didn't work and couldn't fully close the sky line window.

Beautiful place to stay. The suite was lovely and spacious. So many leaflets for information on places to eat and things to do in the area. Had a relaxing night. Will definitly book again. Great breakfast with different choices. Recomended as best place to stay with in the northamptonshire area.

A last minute booking resulted in a very comfortable, clean room with warm welcome and excellent breakfast. The Tollmarche just over the road is very convenient for good food. I would book ahead. Will certainly use again if in the area. Highly recommended.
