Staff were really friendly and kind. Room and sheets were super clean and the duvet felt like hugging a cloud. Sushi was excellent. I would definitely return on my next trip to Coventry.

Very good hotel to go to for couple or family. We had a lovely stay, very clean rooms, toilets and comfortable beds. The hosts/staff are customer oriented and friendly. All the cooked food are fresh and tasty. We will go back again. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff are very accomodating and went beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay.
The food is also delicious.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
The restaurant is also very spacious, which can accomodate large group or events☺️
If you love music, they have instruments and karaoke that you can enjoy😊
I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The food that was delivered was rank. The Bento box was all dry and no curry or katsu and I've tasted better shop bought sushi! Deffo a rip off. Won't be getting a delivery again

This is not a hotel, this is a council house in an old hotel building, they simply did not take the Hotel signs off since conversion. Funny and true story. It is not a joke nor a sarcastic review, it really is a council house. The lady that opened me the door didnt't seem to be bothered with all the visitors like me asking for rooms and the sign will stay for a while I guess.
