Ive been to Ciao Bella Aesthetics a few times now in the Keynsham branch and currently in an on going process and cannot recommend them enough. From initial consultations to the aftercare they have all been amazing.

Ive been put at ease through every step and they always explain everything so thoroughly, everything has always been discreet and Ive always been made to feel incredibly comfortable.

Id recommend to everyone and wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you for all being so lovely and always putting me at ease!

Fantastic experience with the beautiful Alex! I am turning 40 and getting married this year and really wanted some ‘tweakments’ however, was very nervous! I ended up having two separate consultations because of this and Alex was so patient with me, I never felt pressured and she was so helpful. Since then, I have had two treatments and it has been the best thing I have ever done, the results have been amazing and I cannot thank Alex enough! Would highly recommend, you are in fantastic hands!

I honestly can't recommend enough. Booking online was easy, I was open to any nurse and got Brooke- and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I got in, everyone was friendly, offered me hot or cold drinks, I didn't wait long for my appoontment at all. I've never had any cosmetic procedure before so I booked a consultation for lip filler. Brooke was amazing, she made me feel calm and at ease, she was so informative and non-judgmental, there was no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. When discussing the results I wanted, she really understood me and the look I wanted without gearing too far away from my natural lips. It really wasn't that painful, a bit of a scratchy feeling, but I've heard people telling me it's excruciating so I'm so happy that wasn't the case at Ciao Bella. I even got a teddy to squeeze if I did feel a pinch. I love my lips now, the look is exactly what I wanted, still looks natural but just full and plump, and a bit more shape and izr across the entire lip which is what i was missing. I'll definitely go back when I need it re done and might consider other procedures because I'm so impressed. What a lovely experience.

I came in today for a Botox consultation with Diane. She was so lovely and welcoming, she was very informative and gave me lots of tips on skincare and I wasn’t at all pressured into having any treatments if I was unsure. She gave me a complementary skin assessment which confirmed everything she said about my skin before we even got the results, genius. Will definitely return to Diane for future treatments. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and smell incredible. Already looking forward to coming back. Thank you.
