Absolute joke that people that run the accommodation take advantage of housing benefit of homeless people. They treat them like dirt even though they are being compensated so well. Stay far away.

We were traveling by train to Plymouth and then for a night out in Calstock, so being within easy reach of the station was ideal. Lovely clean double room with everything we needed for a short stay. The shared bathroom was spotless. Would definitely use again for future trips.

Comfortable and clean room, shared bathroom but that didn’t prove a problem at all - there are only 3 guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. Friendly host and complimentary orange juice, water bottles and breakfast goods. Only drawbacks were a slightly sunken mattress on one side and the woman who greeted us, while very lovely, spoke limited English. Thankfully my friend spoke Italian so it wasn’t a big problem.

Good value for money and, above all, an outstanding service.
We came with two bicycles and were prepared to store and lock them outside overnight. However, without asking for this, the host offered up their own room to store the bicycles inside.
A very pleasant surprise!

Me & a friend stayed here as were in town to watch the NXT wrestling at the Pavilions. It was a 5-10 min walk from there and about the same from all the main bars/pubs too.||The room was £40 and was basically a double bed, wardrobe, a desk & little fridge. It was exactly what we needed and what we paid for. All we needed was a place to sleep, we didn’t plan on hanging out in a hotel or anything.||I think there was 4 rooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Not an issue for me but same may see it as an issue I guess.||Fridge had some water & orange juice put in there for us, class acts.

Pretty much basic accommodation but what else would/should you expect for the price.very clean and a lovely comfortable bed with all the facilities you could want.very nice polite and extremely staff ( l will stay here again next time l am Plymouth .

Stayed at property for eight weeks, bedding changed every week, and nothing was to much trouble for the people who owned the property.||Would recommend to anyone, very clean rooms, shared bathroom but again very clean, shared kitchen with use of cooker & microwave etc.||If you are looking for somewhere thats cheap and cheerful and in walking distance of the town centre then this place is perfect.||Rooms are fully central heated, and have fresh bottles of water in fridge, along with all the facilities to make a hot drink.||The local entertainment is a highlight also lol.||||Dean
