AMAZING!

For my 30th Birthday, my fiancé surprised me with an unforgettable evening – a private dining experience put together by Chris from CJS Catering & Events. He arrived at our Air BnB with all the equipment and locally sourced high-quality ingredients required to cook us a delicious three course meal.

My fiancé chose a bespoke menu, which included all of my favourites:

Starters: Garlic and chilli King Prawns with freshly baked sour dough bread.

Mains: A perfectly cooked lamb rump with a red wine jus, veggies and baked feta.

Dessert: A classic vanilla crème brulee with some delicious, candied lime & coconut biscotti.

The quality of the ingredients shone through, and Chris's culinary techniques were nothing short of impressive.

Beyond the amazing food, Chris is a lovely person engaging in delightful conversations throughout the evening.

My Auntie used Chis for a large family party celebrating two 70th Birthdays, All I can say is wow!
The food was unbelievable, and his hospitality skills were amazing! He ensured that everyone knew exactly what was available, he was very polite and kept everything ship shape meaning that everyone could just relax and enjoy themselves! Chris never disappoints, I have been lucky enough to experience his culinary expertise many times with friends. He came over and cooked for my family on Saturday to celebrate my sisters 40th and the food was absolutely delicious, the lamb was extremely tasty and cooked to perfection, lobster bisque was amazing and his brownies are incredible!

Always recommending Chris to friends and clients, highly recommend!

We hired Chris to do the catering for our boat charter. From start to finish the food and service was impeccable. Chris was very accommodating with special dietary requirements. All of the food was delicious and well presented, it really topped off the perfect day. The whole party are still talking about Chris' brownies even now! Absolutely wonderful meal for 10 people at our house. The food was top quality, delicious and fresh. You could chose what yiu wanted and people had a range of options. Chris was amazing, really easy to chat to and friendly. Seemed to navigate his way around the kitchen as if it was his own home. Brought everyhting he needed, served our dinner and cleaned up after which was totally unexpected but a wonderful bonus. I would highly recommend his business, it was a brilliant evening and will definitely be repeat customers.

We hired a yacht for the day to celebrate a special event and Chris provided the catering (breakfast and lunch). Chris was wonderful and his food was divine. We were a mixed group (4 adults and 4 primary school children) and everyone loved his food. Chris was so friendly and helpful. To be honest, I had been umming before the event about whether we should hire a caterer or bring our own food, I am so glad we hired Chris as he made it a very special day and has an extra talent as being really good at taking photos. Thanks for making our day so special !

Chris rang in the morning to confirm details with me. He is a polite and friendly individual. He arrived on time and started straight away. Chris provided 6 of us with an amazing meal to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Each course was a taste sensations and portion sizes were good. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Chris was fantastic, as was his food, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
