Great place for a stay. Everything we needed for our short stay. Fully functional, bed very comfy and quiet location.|Owner was very friendly and helpful. There to meet us even though we were a bit later than planned arriving.|Would happily stop again if in the area.

Roy could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the annex (room only), a converted garage with a decent size bathroom added on. We were pleased to have control of our own heating as we find many British establishments to be over heated. It was great to have a private entrance as one did not feel one was disturbing anyone when getting back late. Affordable and well located to Bromley and surrounds. We will definitely use again.

Stayed in the annex for a couple of nights as the guest house was very convenient for a family event. Very clean and tidy with good parking in a quiet location. Comfortable bed and pillows and water and squash as well as teas and coffees in the room along with some lovely dressing gowns. Roy was an excellent host and very kindly dropped us off locally which was much appreciated. |I would recommend and stay here again.

We stayed a few nights in the annex: very good bed, place to work, fridge, microwave, very good bathroom with great shower. The room was very clean||Our host was wonderful: very helpful and a great cook. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast he had prepared.||Good base for exploring London: we went there by train.||We absolutely recommend this place!||||Highly recommended

As always a lovely clean room with on-suite bathroom. Nice comfy bed with good quality pillows. Not a hotel but annex room to house. Breakfast available and would recommend the full breakfast. Host is lovely. We try to stay every time but very popular. Highly recommended.

We spent five days at this guesthouse last August and it was a first class premises. The owner Roy could not do any more for us. He was very pleasant and so helpful to us at all times and we will be definitely be back.
