Great hotel. Stayed with husband and son age 10. Had everything we needed. Complimentary water in the room. A great shower to start the day. Comfy beds with lovely clean fresh bedding. Fantastic breakfast with lots of gluten free options including gluten free croissants and cereal. Well looked after by Prashant for breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. We’d definitely come and stay again. Great location for dinner out and the Bullring for shopping. Thank you

Fantastic hotel. Excellent position, close to city centre, and bull ring. I had afternoon tea( the scones are absolutely divine!) and dinner - I recommend the salmon.
Bar and reception staff have been attentive as I was on my own, and it was my birthday. They gifted me a card and a box of chocolates ❤️

It was a gloomy Monday afternoon when my friends and I decided to head to Clayton in the heart of Birmingham city centre for afternoon tea. Located directly in the city centre within walking distance to the Bullring and Grand Central, there are a few parking locations around at a cost but the hotel also offers free parking at Moor St for guests staying. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with lovely smiles from Hisham and Monika at reception. Hisham pointed out the stairs leading us to the restaurant/bar area where they serve afternoon tea.||We were asked about any allergies and what drinks we wanted. Hot drinks are unlimited with afternoon tea! We enjoyed a variety of sandwiches and desserts, along with plain and raisin scones served with jam and cream. Everything was fresh, including the scones, which were warm right out of the oven. The desserts were delightful! ||A big thank you to Charlotte, for the amazing hospitality. Will definitely revisit!

A modern hotel with nice rooms. We just stayed for one night with the kids while visiting the city. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We found their breakfast buffet awesome, with a decent variety of food. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Worth the price.

After arriving at Moor Street station, it was only a 2-3 minute walk to the hotel. The staff were all lovely and very helpful and the rooms clean. Don't expect nice views from the windows as everywhere around just looks like massive building sites but with that said, I couldn't hear any noise from the work. The breakfast was fabulous and all in all a great 3 night stay.

Great location close to New St Station and the Bullring. The hotel inside is stunning and the rooms are good quality. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are well equipped. The breakfast is comprehensive and served in a room with a nice atmosphere. Security is very good as well, with card access to each floor and night guards manning the entrance.

Paulette in the restaurant is a beautiful human. She was kind and funny and friendly and accommodating. We had a great meal with top notch service.|Hotel restaurants are often underwhelming but this experience was really great. We were all hungry after a long day and everything just hit the spot. |Paulette was an unexpected bonus. She sorted our bills out individually which made things super convenient and was just lovely with everything she did.

Lovely room and hotel. Spacious and welcoming. Gym is quite small but function able. Hotel staff were friendly upon checking i. |Restaurant was fantastic quality food and very reasonably priced. Paulette was outstanding and very helpful.
