Location was perfect for my work. Easy to park with large underground car park which meant no scraping of car in the morning.
Room was a very good size with a full bathroom.
Wasn't very warm
Would have preferred a SMART TV and a fridge

I went here for a weekend with my partner as a quick relaxing get away before the chaos of christmas begins with the family and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, probably the best nights sleep we have both had in a long time and the perfect little get away. Highly recommended. The staff were polite and friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. 10/10.

We came to the Clayton for drinks and food before the Leeds United match at Elland Road. Parking was easy underground and the bar has clearly been renovated recently as it was all very clean and modern. Beers are very reasonably priced for a hotel and the pizzas were great. Andy looked after us very well, even during a pretty busy period for them.

Having stayed at this chain before, I was expecting it to be nice, and I wasn't disappointed. Only stayed one night for a family celebration. Rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and all the usual amenities.
Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is a must, with a good choice of items available for everyone.
Location is a short walk into the city centre.
The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, we didn't use the restaurant, but the bar was good, and the bar staff were happy to make cocktails that weren't on the menu.
Car park is situated beneath the hotel, with vehicle access around the rear of the hotel.
Would definitely stay again.

I honestly cannot rate the staff at The Clayton highly enough. They have been unbelievably exceptional. Danielle has taken care of our every whim without question and gone above and beyond to take care of us.
Martina has been a dream, utterly excellent and she has taken superb care of me. Truly appreciate her being her amazing self. I’m away from home for 10 weeks and she has made my stay so comfortable.
Luke has also been epic, as have the reception staff and catering team.
Thank you everyone for everything. The Clayton is brilliant and the staff make it a cut above the rest. They also offer great vegan options, which makes my life a lot easier.

Arrived before the official check in time but the hotel staff on the check in desk were considerate of that and offered a room that was ready without delay. We experienced professional, courteous service around the whole visit. The welcome was friendly and warm and we would be very happy to stay at the Clayton next time in the Leeds vicinity. Room was good. The door actually had a proper lock which is so rare in hotels these days.

Food was ok. Pizzas and Fisn n Chips looked good.

We stayed for 2 nights at your hotel in leeds, and enjoyed every minute. The hotel itself is fabulous, and decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The food was very tasty, although a little expensive. Our room was very spacious, with really comfy beds. What makes this hotel stand out against the rest is it's staff, they go above and beyond for your every need, and do all this with a smile. We will definitely be a returning guest.
