Arranged a birthday treat for my wife and had never been before,wasn't disappointed, lovely experience and surroundings, friendly hosts,rooms cosy and warm, the view is amazing! We stayed in the Sunflower room , fab breakfast and a lovely massage later in the morning, we shall return in the summer!

Mike and Susie are super guests. It is a beautiful setting in Sussex close to Brighton and Burgess Hill. Hurstpierpoint is a lovely little village close to the farmhouse with restaurants and bars.
Lovely breakfast was served.

I could not recommend this quaint quiet (un)traditional Bed and Breakfast more highly if I tried. Susie and Mike are the nicest and most jubilant hosts you could ask for. I had a wedding in Hurstpier Point and was able to find a room and board last minute with them. The local Travel Lodges etc were all booked up and thank god as it meant I found this gem. The gardens are impeccably maintained, the views they offer across the english countryside impressive, its quiet, convenient and more than one would expect for the price. I will be back!!

From the moment we arrived I knew this was the perfect place for tranquility and relaxation. The owners are absolutely charming, they went out their way to make every second of the stay stress free. Their wonderful personalities shone through the beautiful interior of the clean and quirky rooms. The grounds, surroundings and views are breathtakingly picturesque. All this with some visually artistic breakfasts that were fresh, Inspiring and flavoursome with every mouthful. I would highly recommend a stay here with no hesitation. We have stumbled across our new Brighton Marathon weekend retreat and were looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you 🙏🏼

Beautiful B&B with warm and friendly hosts - stunning rural views and a wonderful breakfast. Hot drinks available in our room and in a beautiful communal breakfast room. Our dog was welcomed and very happy with his doggy treats. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful walks from the door up to the South Downs. Will definitely look forward to returning!

The house is beautiful filled with an array of family treasures and memories which add to the charm and warm hospitality. The surrounding garden can be described a pockets of magic. If you are looking for a clinical hotel room, zilch personality with matching owners then this place is not for you ! We loved our stay here with Mike and susie and will be coming back for sure. As a keyworker that has been working solidly as well as looking after my family, chickens and cats this break was the medicine much needed , thankyou

We are so grateful, that we were led to this estate.||The beautiful house with it's very tastefully decorated rooms||and the beautiful, well maintained garden||with it's marvelous view into the countryside delighted us||on first sight. This was topped by our charming hosts, Susie and Mike,||who made our 10-day-stay as conveniant as possible. Their dedication||to read our wishes right from our eyes and their fine sense of humor ||made us immediately feel at home. Unforgetable Susie's art of breakfast||decoration! The breakfast was very versatile and delicious.||The beds in the 'Sunflower' room were comfortable. The water||in the shower came with high pressure und could be adjusted||to the individual warmth. All in all it was one of our||most pleasent stays and we were sad, when our time was over||and we needed to leave.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a very old farmhous. Renovated with a lot of attention to detail. I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights, had perfect morning runs in the surroundings and started full of energy into the next day.
