Great location and a beautiful house.
Lovely little pub ten minutes walk away.
Great walks around the area too.
Only one problem is that it was freezing as the heating kept going off very early in the evening so it was so cold. Not good when it’s - 4.
Mirrors needed in the bedrooms.
Fabulous entertaining house with good sized bedrooms specially bedroom 10 which has two king size beds with a beautiful bathroom.

Used this house to host numerous international students as an induction week. Beautiful place, incredible location and top notch facilities.
Had a minor problem with the dishwasher and someone was with us to fix it in about an hour. Fantastic service - would recommend

Wonderful, grand old house. Had a perfect weekend here with 20+ friends and family all comfortably housed within its main house and annex. Well-appointed and spacious kitchen for catering, and a huge dining room with chandeliers to eat the results of your labours. An excellent venue perfectly located for bracing walks.

My son booked Cliff House for his wedding celebrations and it was perfect. Large rooms, lots of light, ample parking and the kitchen is very well equipped. The gardens are beautiful and location is second to none. Thoroughly recommended!

Visited this place as a part of ten families who stayed here for a weekend.
Beautiful place, cosy bedrooms, comfy beds with some bunk beds, some en suite
Best suited for large groups .
Utensils /glasses/cutlery all available in ample numbers .
Dish washer is a big plus.
Fridge large size.
Multiple tables and sofas .
Large tvs available.
We had to carry HDMI cables though.
Small garden space was available where we played in groups.
Poole and other games also available
Overall lovely place worth 5 stars.

We had a long weekend here with 17 adults, 5 Chita d 2 dogs and had a lovely time in a most well appointed, clean, cosy house. It was great!

Stayed for family wedding nearby. Spacious, light and very comfortable with the most beautiful views all round. Well equipped and spacious enough for the thirty of us and had plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Awsome holiday rental. Organised a stag do for 20 here, peak venues were very professional and helpful. The house is gorgeous.
Only downside is the range cooker which is not up to the job of catering on such a large scale, proper commercial equipment is needed.
