It was ok, only had a tour of the ground floor rooms with the National Trust so can't comment on the the bedrooms or other facilities. The gardens and grounds though are magnificent, and there are good walks through the woods and down to the river.
Great views over the surrounding countryside.

Had a wonderful overnight stay to celebrate my husband’s 50th Birthday! We enjoyed every moment. The spa, treatment, dinner, breakfast were all amazing! We stayed in the Chinese room, the decor and facilities available in the room were perfect! Thank you for making the day very special.

I visited with my daughter and a friend of hers, in October. Nothing really prepared us for how truly exceptional the whole experience was! The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful, the rooms superbly appointed (one of the best night’s sleep I can remember) and the food in the restaurant absolutely delicious. One thing that makes this truly work, are the incredible team that take care of you. From the moment we made our way up the drive to the time we left, we were made to feel so special. Thank you all, you made a dad’s trip out with his daughter and her friend truly memorable. It’s a shame it was so short, though I do hope that we get a chance to return!

I came here for an awards presentation so was only in the events areas but the grounds, house and events areas are all stunning! I believe there is a gym and spa but I didn't use them but saw some of the more affluent guests frequenting classes and sessions. The driveway run up to the house was a real highlight for me and don't be intimidated by the many luxury cars in the car park as there's actually a mix of people attending the house.

We had the most delicious afternoon tea for our anniversary. They catered for all dietary requirements, offered us more if we wanted (we didn't we were very full), and the team were so attentive and lovely. The grounds were stunning which added to the experience and offered great views while enjoying such a treat. Would very much recommend.

When something is simply being done properly & flawlessly, it seems deceivingly easy and relaxed. Afternoon tea at Cliveden is one of those experiences that are simply 'perfect' - efficient, carefully thought through and perfectly executed. From the first view of Cliveden as you approach up the long drive, to the welcome at the front door and the beautiful dining, room through to the food, service and attention to detail, the whole afternoon tea experience is simply excellent. We much appreciated the good wishes and handwritten and signed 'Happy Anniversary' card. The standard of food was excellent and delicious, and I was impressed that the staff noticed we couldn't mange to finish everything and offered to do a 'doggy bag' (actually a lovely monogrammed card carrier) saving the customer the embarrassment of asking, so as not to waste such lovely food. Thank you to everyone concerned at Cliveden.

Spending weekend with spa package included. Absolutely amazing experience: very beautiful location, so much nature and places for walks, spa is really good, food amazing (and for breakfast and for dinner at restaurant). Customer service just on point, all staff very nice and polite and friendly (bar, restaurant, spa, reception, concierge who greets you when you arrive), like its an example of amazing customer service. All the booking, check in and check out process was very quick and smooth.
Very happy with absolutely everything and def will be coming back here again.
Would strongly recommend for anyone who wants to have a nice, relaxing getaway or spa weekend, just a perfect place for that.
