Absolutely loved it. Very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Very well appointed room with probably the comfiest bed I've slept in. Delicious continental breakfast with fantastic coffee. Easy access to Exeter or good base to explore the area.

Stayed here with my partner and it was lovely, both the owners were very warm and welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed, a super comfy bed and all the items provided we've stayed in various hotels and bed and breakfast's pretty much all around Exeter and this one by far outranks the rest, will definitely book here again
