I went to Caroline for a back massage to help with my tensed-up shoulder and neck muscles and she has worked a miracle! Ten days later I'm still feeling the benefit - my posture has improved, my muscles are much less tense, and I can look over my left shoulder for the first time in months.
Caroline is a wonderful practitioner - she didn't just give me a nice back rub, but identified the areas of tension and worked incredibly effectively and gently to ease them. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I went for a Glow facial or something like that called but she gave me a massage too. I really like her massage but not the facial. if you are looking for a relaxing massage this is the place but if your looking for a good facial you need to find somewhere else. Anyway she’s nice loving lady. But for a facial she only cleanser my face and face mask. She didn’t remove black heads ,didn’t scrub, no steam. I’m disappointed but at least she gave me a nice massage 💆

i go for facials, and have been using Caroline’s business since it opened. In fact she has been giving me facials for over 20 years, i loved the caring way she treated her clients and followed her when she changed jobs to when she eventually opened her own business. My visits to Cloud 9 are my escape from the madness of the world, it is calm, relaxing (most definitely) and educational. whilst carrying out my facial Caroline is happy to inform me of any new and changing developments in the beauty industry, in her softly spoken voice she is happy to give advice on how to manage my skin regime to bring out the best. This is a place i go to for a little bit of me time, and i truly look forward to arriving and being thoroughly pampered by this lady. i can not recommend her strongly enough, book and try you will not be disappointed by this lovely lady and her treatments.

Caroline is amazing! I love her treatments, I always leave very relaxed! Caroline is very professional and offers a great service from waxing eyebrows to full body holistic therapies. Caroline has always been exemplary with her cleaning and hygiene, but she's going above and beyond to protect her clients during this pandemic.

Caroline is discrete. She creates a calming environment whilst administering the varied treatments she is able to do. She is intuitive, in that she knows how you feel, if you want to chat or if you need peace and quiet.
She is knowledgeable, and can offer many varied treatments to help with any mental, physical or cosmetic problems you might have.
I have had many treatments and Caroline excels in them all.
I cannot praise her highly enough.

I have been visiting Cloud 9 Beauty for a long time now & I can officially say Caroline carries out THE BEST facials. Caroline is friendly yet remains professional and uses only good quality and safe products. Her facials leave my skin glowing and my mind and body relaxed. I cannot recommend Cloud 9 enough!!
