Location of this house is unreal but the house itself is honestly not nice at all. Please see images of the damp and condition the rooms are in. They need to completely redecorate the whole place and replace mattresses too as some are completely missing padding in spots. Service and communication was good though so can’t fault that. But left with a whole suitcase smelling of damp and going out you felt damp putting your clothes on as the rooms are full of it.

This is now a house rental, I booked it last minute through Sykes holiday and cottages as airbnb cancelled the house I was supposed to stay in for my hen party less than 24 hours notice! anyway this house is huge, it’s like a tardis, the lounge seats 18, the dining room had a massive table which leads into a large kitchen, it looked like everything in there was brand new, there was 12 bedrooms all with en-suites 6 x single rooms and 6 x double rooms, if you are looking for a rental for a large family holiday this property in Great Yarmouth it is. I can’t recommend it enough and at the end of the road is the beach which is fabulous!

Spacious ground floor. decent sized kitchen and dining area. 2 TV in lounge area with WiFi availability mainly in ground floor and above kitchen area. Each room has an en-suite. Linen is clean and beds are comfy. Cot available at request with baby chair also available.

Great location if you want to hit the beach everyday. Market Shops - not worth the effort unless you want to purchase something at a extortionate price for something you'll probably get anywhere in UK (i would say most of it is of poundland quality). There are some exceptions and it's those shops that would make the traveller a happy customer.

Plenty for kids to do (age from 3 - 10) at Beach front.

Local amenities available at your doorstep that include superstores and cinema.

Bad points.

Noise toilet system for the whole house.
Parking is a mission, but might not be a hinderance if you don't use your car everyday.
Carpet / ground floor laminate not clean.
Can get very warm in certain parts of the house (need either A/C or alternatively some electric fans).

All but one can be addressed by the landlord so I can see this place being a bargain for a big party like ours.

we were 12 good friends who have a weekend away once a year ... this was a last minute booking as the one we had originally was flooded . The house was warm and very well equipped as we like to cook together . The dining table was the best ..seating prob 16 comfortably . The bedrooms are spacious and with good towels n bedding . Its a big house ... our only gripe is the the carpets are very worn and a bit dangerous in places and we could have done with bin liners !!! Overall a great place for a big group .... and close th fish n chips Sainsburys and of course ...the pub !!!!

Location is literally a stones throw from Brittania pier! |We had 4 cars as we were a large family, and had paid for 2 extra permits for the week. Parking is quite limited and only includes a handful of streets! There is however a road full of free parking (5mins away). We only actually used our cars a handful of times, and each time we did find parking nearer to the house. And still would of saved a fortune on parking charges for the week! |The house itself has a spacious living room, although tv didn’t always work on the odd occasions we put it on! |A massive dining table which easily seated all 15 of us, with space for more! |Kitchen was also very generous in size, and had plenty of equipment for cooking large meals. Fridge was an American style one, and we did struggle a little bit for space due to there being so many of us, and no trays on the door to store milk etc. |There is a small toilet off the kitchen along with a washing machine. |There is a tiny back yard where the bins are stored and access to a private basement flat. |All bedrooms were in good condition and perfect in size. |Beds were comfortable, although most of the en-suites had quite small sinks, with a glass shelf above, so struggled to bend down to wash face etc. |First thing in the morning there is a constant noise from all the seagulls squeaking! The first couple of days we got woke up by then, but towards the end of the week, I think we were that tired, everyone was able to ignore them!! ||Overall, I would return! The location was perfect and the house was clean and tidy upon arrival. |Yes there maybe a few things here and there which could be fixed or improved, but you find that with most places! ||Thanks for a lovely week!

not only do you have to share with the basement tenant.so have to be quiet .but also they tell you plenty of areas to park.there isnt. good luck in finding ao space.had a disabled teen and my mum who is also disabled. looking for somewhere to park is a laugh.no disabled at all. the hotel itself is nice and large.plenty of rooms and room.internet was rubbish .told us getting fixed day we went home. useless.broken lightbulb my nephew cut himself on badly| as well.wobbly loos no locks. a tenant| who came and went as she pleased in our area. hotel next door miserable as sin .taking up all the spaces.only good thing is the pier the town centre and all kids activities is literally a 5 min walk.TV didnt work and no sign of doing so.dishwasher confusing to use.a washing machine.but no dryer. couldnt hang out as hardly any pegs. in all just so glad to go home.the pictures online may look like its quite lovely.when you come in. its soooo not.marks on the sofa god only knows what it was.plastic dining table.small backyard. terrible really.so glad that im never coming back to norfolk ever again

Great property, very close to the beach, very large, well stocked with pots/pans etc., clean and nicely decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful, would recommend and hope to revisit in the future as we had a wonderful holiday

Just come back from a super week at clover Court.
The house is massive and contains just about everything you need (just no dryer). It's excellent value for money, right in the heart of great Yarmouth and once there didn't need to use the car again!
