This is our second visit. We love the location, very peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. Alison, our host, made us some lovely fresh bread and we had eggs from her own chickens. There were also yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit, orange juice and milk left in the fridge for breakfast. We will definitely come back again when we are visiting our family who live close by.

We thoroughly appreciated our one night stay at this absolutely beautifully presented & spacious bed & breakfast/annexe . It’s the attention to detail that set it apart for us. The freshly baked bread was wonderful too .
Driveway a little uneven but appreciated a place to park when we arrived .
Highly recommend & wish we could have stayed longer

Wow! What can I say other than that! I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter in August this year (2021). We had the BEST time! The grounds are stunning, the accommodation 5 star plus and Alison was just lovely. She even let my daughter feed the chickens and said we could go and visit their horses, which my daughter loved! We were both so happy and having so many rooms that were privately ours was just fantastic as well as the homemade bread, fresh eggs and all breakfast essentials provided for our stay! It is such a special place and we are definitely going to be returning again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We can't wait to return!

My parents and I stayed here in July for 3 nights and could not have been happier. We were visiting family and it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. So peaceful, clean, quiet and spacious. Very accommodating and kind hosts. Wonderful surroundings! If you love animals and countryside this is a haven. Easy to find if you follow the hosts directions as difficult to get WiFi signal in the area.
Accommodation is beautiful, super clean, cosy and luxurious.
Had a wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with lovely geese, ducks, chickens, and Hugo the dog for company.
Great self-serve breakfast laid on in huge kitchen. Alison, the host, was friendly and warm. I visited Welbeck Abbey just 15 minutes away. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights in July whilst visiting the area for a friend's wedding. It was easy to find, has parking and is beautifully presented. Everything is spotless, and all amenities you could possibly want are on offer. The area is beautiful and has lots to explore. Alison and Nick were great hosts and we felt had we needed anything they would have been happy to help. Very relaxing indeed!

Cannot recommend enough. Very welcoming accommodation, beautiful interior and fully equipped with everything you could need. Has the pleasure of feeling remote, yet just 10 minutes drive from the nearest village with big supermarkets. Conveniently located very close to Clumber Park which makes for a great walk.

Alison is in an amazing host- I've found many Airbnb hosts recently to be unhelpful and dismiss the fact there is an element of hospitality to what they do- Alison was the complete opposite; friendly, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is also reasonably priced compared to many Airbnbs lately, considering how great a stay you are certain to have.

Accommodation is more than suitable for all seasons, but I can imagine it to be particularly great in the summer, and we'd love to visit again.

Much more than a standard B and B! We enjoyed our one night stay and intend to return. A characterful, spacious, comfortable, clean, welcoming place to stay in a lovely setting. We felt very much at home. The hosts are friendly and very helpful.
