Disappointed with service. Booked haircut for a special occasion at 6.30pm a few weeks in advance. Got there and was told hairdresser sacked. No call in advance to let me know so could have arranged elsewhere !!!

Very pushy with add-ons. I understand wanting to make extra sales but it's not right to pressure or persist with selling extra treatments and lotions that a customer does not want. It puts the person in the chair in a very uncomfortable position and makes them feel obliged. I did not verbally agree to any hair treatment yet I was charged £20 as it was done while having my hair washed. Unfair tactic that leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Witnessed same thing happening to the lady next to me. She declined twice for some product but was eventually reluctantly compelled to buy.
Haircut was average. Hairdresser seemed distracted. Appointment was running late and there was no apology. Manager was curt. Wouldn't recommend

One of the best laser hair removal in leicester . All staff is friendly environment you can ever get in leicester and Carrie one the best laser technician . Honest and friendly . Unlike other money hungry laser clinics . We actually became good friends . I recommend my friends and family . she’s always recommended the best for your self sincerely.lots of love & respect . Do not get lash extensions here! The price enticed me but you pay peanuts and you really do get monkeys! Bottom lashes weren't stuck down properly so she ended up gluing them together! Had to use the remover myself to get them unstuck to open my eyes. Didn't even have the decency to not charge for the disgrace and had the cheek to ask if I wanted to book infills. Avoid.

Terrible place. First they didn't have any of colours which I choose from pallet they showed me. Lady Amy dropped brush from paint nail on dirty floor and put it right back in bottle. This lady doesn't know how to do nails. She hurt me while preparing them. Half on nails are not painted. There is some different colour which she manage to mix in my manicure and pedicure. They are not dried properly and some of them are melted. Looks like I gave my nails to children to play with. I can not believe that is possible to do to client and take money for it !
Avoid for all cost!
