Our stay at Coach House B&B was beyond expectation. Sharon and her family are very warm, generous and hospitable, making you feel pampered and relaxed throughout. The house and surrounding buildings are beautifully designed and maintained, giving a sense of country grandeur with elegance. The bedroom defines the word perfect, with great attention to detail in decor, amenities and refreshments. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a generous helping of a variety of healthy and local foods. The top of the range hot tub was the cherry on top. The hot tub is located beside a beautiful outdoor bathroom, taking in stunning countryside views of rural Co Down. Overall, this place fulfilled all desires of a luxury weekend getaway with great food, beautiful old buildings, the relaxation of a hot tub and all in a wonderful setting with friendly and genuine local people.

Everything about this place is 5 star, it is perfection. The host's were extremely warm & welcoming and even drove us to and from the nearby restaurant for our evening dinner reservations. The grounds and hottub are exquisite, the room was furnished to the best taste, and had Netflix on the television. The room had excellent condiments and amenities including home made tray bakes and a coffee machine. The drawing room was the nicest I've ever seen, stunning in elegance, everything about the Coach House Boutique was excellent and we can't wait to go back...even the wallpaper in the bedroom matched the duvet and curtains. Chocolates on pillows, the best breakfast spread. Definitely the best B&B we've ever stayed in. Cannot rate this place highly enough 10/10

We discovered this gem of a B&B after it was mentioned in a recent article in the Sunday Times, and having decided to extend our staycation in Northern Ireland we were fortunate enough to spend two nights hosted by Sharon and Andrew, their three beautiful children, and Shane the Golden Retriever.||||Sharon and Andrew really have thought of everything when it comes to their truly boutique B&B. From the initial text thanking us for the reservation and offering to book a meal in a local restaurant to recommending routes and activities for both days and everything in between, nothing was too big of an ask for these consummate hosts. ||||We were greeted on arrival with tea and scones before being shown our immaculately laid out room. The rooms were in a separate building to the main house which provides independence and privacy. They were pristine with every possible amenity available. The ensuite is spacious with a large shower and double wash basin and the rooms include a Nespresso machine and pods, a fridge with complimentary drinks, and Smart TV with Netflix. There were homemade complimentary bites in the room (which were delicious and replaced each day!) and each evening when we returned to the room our sheets were turned down with a chocolate!||||The breakfast was of the highest caliber, of a standard many 5 star hotels would struggle to match. Personal highlights were Sharon's rosti and homemade bread and Andrew's Bircher muesli (which is now a staple of our own breakfast!).||||The icing on the cake is the hot tub and shower room looking over the valley. It was a welcome treat each night after long days of driving and sightseeing to wrap up in your Coach House bathrobe and toddle down to the hot tub for a relaxing soak, then shower and dry off in the private shower room before returning to your cozy room. ||||It's hard to properly convey just how special this experience was. The only reason I would hesitate recommending anyone stay at the Coach House is I want to keep this little secret for myself!||

My parents booked us here as a very last minute deal. We had a baby only 8 weeks ago so a night away was much appreciated and we couldn't have had a better night away. The coach house is like a home from home. Andrew,Sharon and their 3 children where so welcoming their hosting is absolutely out of this world and the rooms are unbelievably spotless. The breakfast and homemade treats where superb We can't wait to return to this amazing place. Me and my husband highly recommend

Simply cannot recommend Coach House enough! We were blown away by the quality of our stay and the hospitality we recieved was sublime. Andrew and Sharon made us feel so incredibly welcome and spoiled us each day with their gourmet home cooking. Their kindness and attention to detail were evident from start to finish, going the extra mile to make us feel at home during these crazy times. We know where we'll stay next time we're in NI!

This truly exceptional b&b owned and managed by the Tinsley’s was a wonderful experience over our 3 night staycation. The guest experience created by the family was like nothing else we have ever experienced, from the welcoming through to the hot tub use in their grounds that included its own en-suite for changing and showering. Ample choice of breakfast selections included homemade recipes on both buffet and hot items served in their sumptuous dining room, nothing |is too much effort for Sharon and Andrew to make your stay as memorable as possible which included local advice and information along side suggestions for day trips to the numerous beautiful areas that are just an hour or so in any direction. Our bedroom and bathroom had been styled in a really beautiful way with comfort in mind along with a mini fridge that was very useful given the nice weather we had and opportunity to have some drinks cooling in our room.|We cannot recommend this property highly enough, it’s an oasis of calm and pleasure and we were made to feel so welcome by the owners.

My wife and I planned a Northern Ireland vacation and didn't want to travel too far after just arriving in Belfast on a red eye flight. Most people spend all their time in Northern Ireland along the Northern coast, but we wanted to see at least a bit of the interior (which I highly recommend) so we looked for lodgings between Belfast International and Derry, and settled on The Coach House.
I communicated with Sharon before we arrived about some special requests and she was most accommodating. After a few emails back and forth I felt like we were old friends.
We've traveled pretty widely to many countries and US states and I will say that this is the best stay we've ever had, any place, any price. The coach house and hosts Sharon and Andrew were truly amazing.
The main house, where the family lives, looks like a well kept vintage home but it was built only 10 or so years ago. It was designed meticulously in the Irish Georgian style and is furnished in period antiques. Clearly no expense was spared on the house, the grounds or the furnishing. Andrew showed us around and described any and all furnishings and original artwork. Fresh scones, real coffee (not that Cafe Americano stuff) and local strawberries were delicious and much welcomed.
Rooms are in the Carriage House which is only a few years old but built to reflect the styling of the main house. The rooms are large and they are also appointed with genuine antiques. The bathroom is modern, although the shower fittings are a replica of an antique setup (ask Andrew about it). We felt like we were staying in one of the Queen's vacation homes.
Other reviews have described the wonderful breakfast so I'll only say that it was the best B and B breakfast we've ever enjoyed.
I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that you simply can't go wrong by staying at The Coach House.

From the moment of arrival until departure, my wife and I enjoyed a simply outstanding experience!||Our hosts were warm, welcoming and engaging; the food was truly exceptional and the accommodation lived up to its 5 star billing.||As this was a short break to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, William and Sharon went the extra mile to make it a memorable occasion. ||I would highly recommend a stay at the Coach House Boutique B & B.
