This is a gem. We booked rather late on for two nights to be near a family wedding we were attending. I think we got their last room and how lucky we were! It was smaller than the others I think, but still ample space around the bed and space for hanging clothes, ladder shelves a table and mini fridge. The whole B&B is so tasteful, reflecting its owner. The room had its original Edwardian fireplace and lovely high ceilings, but was decorated in a modern boutique hotel style to a very high spec. The shower room was the same. The bed was so comfortable and the soap etc in the shower room was White Company - for me that says it all! Breakfast was the high standard we expected by the measure of the room. Freshly cooked - my husband had a full English both days - very tasty (I tried some :)). I had fluffy scrambled eggs with a generous portion of smoked salmon one morning and pancakes with berries, creme fraiche and maple syrup the second. The latter was the best I have had - juicy sweet fruit, vanilla paste laced through the creme fraiche and the tiny jug of maple syrup (which was plenty enough not to spoil the flavours) was just right - not too sweet. I ate most of mine without it because the flavours were so good. Family are nearby and can't always put us up for big occasions, so we are very much hoping to return!

What a fantastic find! Lucia is a lovely host, so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Our room was spotless, with such great decor like the whole place. Breakfast was spot on! We will staying here every time we come now as we have family in the area and we’ll definitely be recommending to everyone!

I booked Coast for some friends coming to stay for a few days. Lucia was lovely….very welcoming, friendly and professional. She couldn’t do more and I would highly recommend Coast to anyone coming to stay in Bexhill. Absolutely brilliant🤗

Another perfect stay.|We went to Bexhill with another couple for a relaxing weekend.|We have stayed with Lucia before and this visit lived up to our expectations. Everything about Coast is immaculate.|The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The beds super comfortable and Lucia’s breakfast is the best. Beautifully cooked eggs, lots of orange juice and really nice coffee. What more could one ask for.|Despite some awful weather - Storm Bert ! We enjoyed our stay. Lucia recommend a couple of places and we had a great time. Even walked - well did our best - along the front in 50 mph winds. Bracing !!|We’ll be back.|Thank you Lucia for your wonderful hospitality.

This is such a beautiful B&B. The hosts were so friendly & welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay from start to finish & nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole house is tastefully decorated & clean & fresh. The bedrooms are beautiful with everything that you need & the food is absolutely delicious & a good choice for breakfast. It’s just a short walk down the road to the beach & a short walk to the station. Can’t wait to come & stay again. Thank you Lucie & Vicky.

A delightful stay at this beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, boutique b&b. As others have said, Lucia is so kind and welcoming and has poured a lot of love and expense into this lovely B&B. She made me delicious gluten and dairy free breakfasts each day. The bedroom was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. I had stayed twice before several years ago and loved it then. It's even better now. Can't wait to find an excuse to stay again! Thank you Lucia.

I stayed here whilst on a business trip, and whilst I've stayed in a few different accommodations in Bexhill over the years, Coast B&B was by far my favourite. Lucia was an incredible hostess from start to end, even going above and beyond to make me an off-menu Omelette to suit my dietary requirements. 10/10 for the breakfast! I even eyed up other people's choices and they did not disappoint. The place was absolutely spotless, and the room was spacious and inviting from the minute Lucia invited me in. (I had room 3, which was the green one) The whole place is contemporary, stylish, comforting and relaxing. A short walk to the seafront and lots of lovely restaurants nearby! Overall, the best stay I've had since visiting Bexhill. Thank you Lucia, you're B&B is 5 star and I hope work book you for me again soon 😊

Amazingly warm hospitality begins when you arrive and continues to departure. Thanks to our host Lucia. Room scrupulously clean, tastefully presented and comfortable. Breakfast yummy. 😋 rest of the house is interesting and beautifully presented even the books are displayed with flair.
