We travelled from Gosforth this morning just for a look.
I had the best bought mince pie ever.
Full of filling and very tasty.
We also bought some bacon and sausage to have later.
Also jam,lemon curd and horseradish.
The products looked amazing.
The shop was immaculately clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We'll be back.

I find it strange how this butchers have won awards. I found that there is way too much salt in the pies (makes me wonder how old they actually are) and the end of the sausage rolls are capable of forcing you with a visit to the dentist.
Pastry looks nicely baked but I won't be calling in again as I would like to maintain a healthy blood pressure.

I always enjoy going to local butchers and bakeries, and having grown up in and around this area, I've known about the quality of this place for years. They have the best beef mince I've ever tasted, whether you buy it in one of their store made pies or buy it and cook it at home yourself.

My parents still live close by, so when I visit, I always go and I would recommend anybody to go if they're in the area as well.

Came up here from Cheshire to visit family for the weekend. We came here for bbq food. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the food quality was out of this world. The bbq kebabs were the best I’ve ever had. Loved the selection and could easily get carried away in this place and come out with bags full!
