Ami is a very special therapist. She manages to be completely professional in her work whilst being one of the nicest, kindest most caring people you could hope to meet. Ami always has her clients best interests at heart and no matter how stressed and busy I feel when I go in, I literally leave the clinic a different person, skin glowing and feeling so relaxed. She is a complete natural at what she does and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Amazing experience at Cobham Clinic. Having had ten laser sessions at another clinic which were extremely painful, I was so shocked to see there is a laser which is virtually painless! I no longer have to dread laser sessions. Thank you!

I had blood taken and she left me with an enormous bruise. Saw her the next day and she didn't say a word about it. No excuse, no apology! Also, people on the skin membership have been complaining that they cant get an appointment even though they pay monthly. This is probably because their staff keep leaving due to a total lack of communication and caring.

Visited clinic today for CO2 laser treatment for a scar on my forehead - Sophie explained all that was to happen and that I should expect during and after treatment in great detail and sent me home with a well thought out aftercare package. I will be back for my review.
