Rented here for 3 nights. Right on sea front. We came for a RN reunion with 9 of us all together. Each room is en suite and very comfortable. Most enjoyable

Lovely spacious house with a fantastic pool. Owner left lovely gift for us on arrival as well. Only criticism is a few things need to be maintained; TV remote doesn't work, one of the bedroom mirror lights doesn't switch on and one of the mattresses is very hard but all in all a beautiful house in a lovely location. Great for a family holiday!

Excellent communication from the host. Just come back from a last minute one night stay here and we had a loverly time. The room and house was beautiful and clean and the location is brilliant.

Would highly recommend for family’s and I would certainly considering staying here in a group myself.

Stayed here as a family - rented the whole house, 27th June for one week. This is the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in as a family, there were 11 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. We go on holiday together every year and rent a cottage but this was the best by far. Kate the owner is lovely, nothing was too much trouble and she left a lovely welcome pack of fresh scones and clotted cream!, wine and of course a jar of doggy treats for our dog!
Rooms lovely, the cottage outside is quiet too, great games room and pool, use of sunbeds and inflatables included. Quality furniture, linen and crockery beach just across the road - altogether a brilliant holiday let! Will definitely be going back again 🙂

Found this nice cottage hotel by chance when St j**ns b&b let me down, The owner was very helpful and got me sorted with a nice spacious room for 1 night overlooking the pool, some noise with people returning in the evening but nothing to moan at.

The Hotel was kept to a good standard, spotless throughout Breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer & good parking (large gravel drive/car park)

I come from a hotel and catering background, previously working for Swallow, Renaissance & Marriot Hotels and the level of customer service and attention to detail offered at the cockle warren was on par with these hotel chains.

Unfortunately my visit was on business so my 4yr old missed out on the pool, next time im bringing the family.

This was agreat place !!! Our family traveled to here from cornwall, oxford, London, essex and yorkshire for a family
Get together we went out during the day,
And in for the evening it had everything we needed. The house was superb we all came with food and drink to keep ourselves going we wanted for nothing
Great equipped kitchen.
Highly recommend brilliant!!

Got a swimming pool that a pro right by the seafront nothing can go wrong. Love the yellow door on this place and bed is comfortable.
