We had coffee and ice cream. All were very good. It is next to the play park. Grandchildren had a great time. The disabled toilet round the back was extremely well equipped. You need a radar key.

Ordered 2 doggy ice cream, and two strawberry milkshakes £19.80 were asked if we wanted ice cream & marshmallows. The milkshakes were nothing special, no ice cream & no marshmallows, & then we were told there was no doggy ice cream,. Had a refund of £7 . Two strawberry milkshakes cost £12.40 without the trimmings.

This is a fabulous coffee kiosk, run by friendly efficient staff. A special mention to Louisa, who was working last Thursday when I visited with my friend. We enjoyed delicious coffee & cake and received first class customer service that was nothing short of amazing when I needed help. I will definitely be returning ASAP.

Extremely slow service. I waited around far too long, with a queue 3 deep, and although I was next, one of the staff then moved on to do the books and cook sausage rolls instead of serving, so I just had to give up (This was far longer than a normal coffee shop wait). I do not recommend.

Open 7 days a week and opens at 8am. I do a few early morning rides that don't end till about 10am so having somewhere open this early to grab a coffee and bacon sandwich is a dream come true.

They also do vegan food for all my vegan friends out there.

Skanky portions

Update

I have had a response from Coffee Cup to this review which is laughable. Rather than take the opportunity to correct this poor portion size they seem to want to justify it.
Apparently I have ordered one scoop which hides itself in the cone (as it happens no further ice cream was in the cone). I had no option to specify amount of scoops when ordering so I suggest you amend your offering to make it two scoops. If you sold this with a flake, there is not enough ice cream to place the flake into.
Having had many ice cream cones in my life, this is clearly a rip off and the correct portion size expected by the company in an attempt to maximise yield. A typical case of focusing on the profits rather than customer enjoyment.

Ordered two 'Luxury Milkshakes' which were £5.50 each. Was told no vanilla ice cream so would have to have a standard one that was made from a sachet.

I then decided to have a luxury chocolate and a standard vanilla. At this point had already paid £11.00 for the 2 luxury.

Lady then said there was a little bit of vanilla ice cream left so gave us x2 of a mix between the 2. The standard was priced at £4.25.

I thought this was a bit odd but thought if it tastes good then ill just accept it as would have thought a refund would have been fair. Walked off and they just tasted basically of milk. Was very disappointed as not cheap for a milkshake especially when you get given the lesser version, even at £4.25 it would have been poor.

The lady was nice enough but sadly the product is not good and no way worth the cost.

Would personally not recommend the milkshakes.

This is our favourite place to stop and have a really lovely coffee when we are on our regular walks round Lee-On-The-Solent, come rain or shine. All the staff are very friendly. There is an excellent choice of coffees, catering for any dairy allergies.
