Not sure that the previous reviewer is talking about the correct business. I have trusted Andrew with coffee supply, machine maintenance and staff training for a fair few years now. Couldn't meet a politer or more professional person and he is absolutely passionate about his products, so knowledgeable and always happy to go the extra mile with advice when he's dropping in a delivery. They always invoices after delivery so I think they must be talking about a different business. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
